摘 要
机器的加工现在发展的这么快,设计夹具也好,加工夹具也好,反正这个行业的发展是很好的。夹具其实就是用来对零部件进行紧紧的夹住。在设计专用夹具时要考虑很多因素如工件的定位方案,工件怎么样去夹紧等问题。
这次的论文题目是叉板的加工工艺设计及其夹具设计,该零件属于板类零件,在加工时其精度有相应的一些要求。所以一定要有专用的夹具来保证其正常加工。在充分了解叉板作用的基础上,对其零件的作用进行分析,绘制零件图和毛坯图,编写加工工艺路线。确定各工序的加工参数,填写工艺过程卡及工序卡。
本次夹具设计是对加工精铣、半精铣宽16mm槽的专用铣床夹具,其设计内容有定位和夹紧方案的确定,定位和夹紧元件的选择。夹具体的设计、导向装置的选用、钻削力的计算等。最后,绘制夹具装配图及夹具体零件图。
