检验方面国外的权威杂志

昨晚刚刚发布，本人总结的，附带 07 年影响因子，有不全面的地方欢迎大家补充。所有的杂志基本上都上升了。clin chem 终于爬上去了。CRIT REV CL LAB SCI 主要刊登综述。J CLIN MICROBIOL 是微生物检验俄 NO1。CLIN IMMUNOL，免疫学的一个分支，值得期待。CLIN CHIM ACTA 临床化学的 NO2。还列举了一些与检验搭边，关系稍微密切点的杂志（红色标记） 。祝大家多发牛文 。 我心目中检验医学专业的前五名：1， Clinical Chemistry:即临床化学杂志，月刊。/是由美国临床化学协会(American Association for Clinical Chemistry)的官方期刊，检验的 NO1 如果光讲影响因子，NO1 应该是 Critical reviews in clinical laboratory sciences，但是该杂志以刊登综述为主，而不是像临床化学杂志那样以刊登原创性论文为主。不知道为什么这两年影响因子一直下跌，估计是增加了病例讨论这个栏目（这类文章一般没有人引用），2005 年 7.717，2006 年影响因子 5.454. 2007 年只有 4.803。我比较熟悉的杂志，基本上每期必看，但是很遗憾，没有投过稿，仅仅是我的 dream 而异。以国内为第一完成单位（不包括港澳台）的文章每年十篇左右，主要是一些大学的化学研究所，比如东南大学，吉林大学，华中科大。以医院检验科的名义发的较少，印象中第三军医大学西南医院检验科发过两篇。该杂志主要刊登一些新的实验室检测方法，新指标的筛查，以及关于一些指标的评价（当然都是大型的多中心的研究）。主要栏目有：血脂代谢异常与心血管系统疾病，蛋白质组学和蛋白质标记物，肿瘤的诊断，内分泌和代谢病的诊断以及分子病理生理学；大体化学（实验检验方法），仪器评价，分子诊断和遗传学，临床病例讨论，循证医学，肿瘤诊断等。目前特别热衷于分子诊断以及大型调查的文章。投稿难度十分大。2， Clinica Chimica Acta临床化学学报网址：/wps/find/journaldescription.cws_home/506018/description#description2007 年影响因子 2.601，刊登范围和临床化学杂志差不多，但是影响力不如临床化学杂志。国人在上面发的文章还是比较多的，平均每期占 20左右，可能是因为编委中有好几个是有感在国内工作的。也主要刊登一些指标的评价，检验技术的评价和一些基础医学的研究。3， Clinical Biochemistry临床生物化学，月刊网址：/wps/find/journaldescription.cws_home/525463/description#description加拿大临床化学家协会的官方期刊，2007 年影响因子 2.072。国内作者在上面发的文章较少，每期一篇左右吧。与前述两本期刊相比，该刊更侧重于对实验室指标的研究，当然也刊登一些检测方法类的文章。文章基本上都是（实验室指标）在 （疾病名）中的变化，（实验室指标）对（疾病名）的诊断意义等。4， Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine临床化学与实验室医学杂志 月刊IFCC 的官方期刊，这是它最大的招牌，2007 年影响因子 1.741，国内作者在上面发表文章也不是很多，每期一篇左右。除了刊登一些平常的检验方面的论文的特色外，该刊一些还刊登一些与实验室管理等检验成分较浓厚的文章，比如实验误差，参考范围的制定，实验室操作指南，检验溯源等。5， Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine 月刊病理和实验室医学档案杂志网址：/arpaonline/?request=index-html2007 年影响因子：1.806，美国病理学家协会的官方期刊，需要国外没有医学检验（或者叫检验医学这个专业），而是将病理和检验合并，统称为实验医学（laboratory medicine），其中的检验医学部分命名为临床化学（clinical chemistry），包涵了一般医院检验科的生化检验，临床检验，免疫检验和分子诊断；而病理的内容则统称为病理学（pathology）。每个领域都有医师和技师，技师注重标准化操作，把精力放在一个“准” 字上，医师注重分析结果，解决临床问题。而不是像国内这样不分家。该杂志也常常刊登一些检验方面的文章，基本上是检验病理各占一般，在检验医学方面也有一定影响力。该杂志免费对全世界开放。国内作者在上面发的文章也较少，两期一篇左右吧。需要指出的是：检验是一门介于基础和临床之间的学科，有时很难判断某杂志到底是不是检验方面的杂志，比如大名鼎鼎的 Journal of Biological Chemistry，Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis 等杂志，也刊登一些检验方面的文章。此外，微生物诊断是检验的重要组成部分，微生物学的某些期刊如 American Society for Microbiology 的十二本期也是检验人员发表微生物论文的地方。其它检验方面的杂志略微介绍：International Journal of Laboratory Hematology（2006： 0.921，由于刚刚改了名字，2007年无影响因子），血球分析，骨髓检查方面的杂志。Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis （2007：0.955）Scandinavian Journal of Clinical full length original articles; case reports; technical reports; regular book reviews; notices and correspondence In addition, the Journal publishes Synoptics, an occasional review series presenting a written summary of meetings which readers might have missed.
