abstractfrom february to july 2012, i had my six-month internship training as an office assistant at the office of the department of foreign languages, north china institute of aerospace. during the internship, my position is the office assistant. through the half year of being an assistant in the teaching office, i mastered the usage of office software and understood the basic flow of office work. at the same time i learned to handle affairs independently and promoted the ability of the communication with others through observing teachers deed of dealing with tasks and other people. i have a deep feeling that the teachers daily work is not easy, i learned a lot from my teachers and made me more mature.key words: internship; 2.highland of undergraduate education innovation; 3.focusing on the construction of brand specialty 4. national and eight province-level quality coursein recent years, the college actively serves the regional economy and social development and has an active cooperation with enterprise.scientific research and personnel training has made a great achievement award.our college has mechanical engineering department, electronic engineering department， department of economics and management, department of architecture and civil engineering, computer science and engineering department, accounting department, department of foreign languages, department of materials engineering, the department of literature and law. the college has 34 teaching and research equipment advanced laboratory ( center ), total value of equipment is rmb 87050000 yuan; traditional literature of the library is more than 80 books, digital resources is more than 2 gb, more than 1000 books which are published in foreign languages; there are more than 8000 multimedia teaching seats, nearly 2000 reading seats; provide students with a good learning condition, such as, campus network communication dormitory, speech room, audio-video room of advanced equipment.our college upholds the principle of improve the virtue and refine the achievements; keep improving” .the college has outstanding engineering, technology, application and space characteristic. it locates in hebei, provide graduates and technology to space engineering, meet the needs of the society and for the long-term development of students, endeavor to build the main work and good social reputation.1.3 the training in the practice unitforeign language department was established in september 2003. since 2002, in the 3 consecutive years, our department recruits students major in business english from the whole country. the foreign teacher is responsible for college english and partial higher vocational english teaching and business english professional teaching work, at the same time guide students second classroom activities. the department teachers are strong in teaching. some english courses were selected as the provincial fine-selected courses in 2003. 36 teachers of our department adhere to the cultivation of students autonomous learning ability, and constantly improve the teaching methods, and the teaching effect is significant. for several years, an average score of practical english test is 75 points or more. in addition, the teachers also combine theory and teaching, at the same time, the teachers also pay much attention to the scientific research and teaching research. in line with the university as the local economic construction service thought, the department carries out the internal and external training.at present, there are 72 teachers in total，including 2 professors, 12 associate professors, 38 lecturers and 15 assistant professor; probation; 3 teachers in probation.two teachers are studying doctors courses; 58 teachers obtain masters degree. the teaching team is filled of vigor.chapter .my main work2.1 the position of my work i work as teaching assistant and office assistant. it is a position which can help teacher in dealing with the daily teaching work and office work. such as help teacher correct the paper and prepare some teaching materials and so on.2.2 the mainly responsible for work(1) according to the teaching program and the school administration office issued the teaching task, to assist the department leaders organization and development in this department, help teachers with teaching and research activities in planning, rational organization of the teaching resources, and the department of instructional leadership after examined and signed by the teaching task assigned to the teacher.(2) responsible for the collection, classification, summarizing the teaching schedule.(3)to assist the office of academic affairs and ministry leaders, the undertaking department in collaboration between the classes of some specific matters.(4)to be responsible for the daily work such as generation, transfer, suspension. (5)to assist the department to carry out a variety of teaching quality inspection, data collection and collation, evaluation etc.(6) i often listen to teachers opinions, assist the department leader timely summarize and exchange the teaching reform advanced experience, do a good job of teaching routine service work.(7) in accordance with the relevant principles, the teachers will give test papers, the dean of the department and the dean of every teaching groups will audit the papers, then all the papers will be sent to the teaching affairs office.(8) in accordance with the relevant rules, college should be responsible for the payment of department teachers and workload calculation.(9)to assist the ministry leadership development, collect, edit of all kinds of teaching file management.2.3 the other daily work (1)my work also includes clean the office everyday and other basic office matters. every morning i will clean the tables and mop the floor for two or three times. teachers are too busy to clean their office, so we undertake this work without hesitation. (2)besides i also help teachers to water the flowers and change the water of the fishbowl, i really enjoy it. i know that a comfortable and clean atmosphere is essential to my teacher; i try my best to do my work. (3)in addition, printing, coping and manage from files are also my responsibility. these and daily work are equally important. may be it seems easy to do, but actually this requires patience, carefulness and perseverance.chapter .in the practice of the harvest3.1 the harvest during internshipalthough my internship was in school office, it is totally different from the study life. as a student, i was a new person to the group of the teacher, i was unfamiliar with the office system、the work and so on, during the work i met a lot difficulties, even sometimes i just didnt know what i can do. but the teachers gave me a lot of help, they encouraged me a lot, which made me feel very warm, i feel very happy, i think just because they are my teachers, they can forgive me. i also realized that the work is difficult especially work as a teacher. the teacher is the greatest work in the world, i learned a lot under the teachers help. after the internship i become more mature than before.3.2 the harvest after internship since i have been a student for than ten years，i have only learned the knowledge from the book but do not have any idea about the society. during the six months in the office, i have realized how childish i was before and i become to know that the society is very complex so we must think twice before we want to say something and we should have enough consideration before we want to do something. at the same time, i have also realized the society is very cruel so if we want to better adapt to it we must try to make us more powerful at any time. i n addition, we are younger than the teachers, sometimes we should listen to the teachers advices, no matter what we do, we should bear a modest heart.after the internship i changed and learned a lot. the things i learned consist of the ability in dealing with the obstacles and the human. the ability in dealing with obstacles is very important for us to live. in the past, i was very poor on this ability and i was scared to meet with obstacles while now i dare to face the difficulties for instance, i did not dare to go somewhere in the dark all by myself before but after the 6 months internship i feel no longer scared to go through the dark. apart from that, i am really not afraid of making mistakes as the internship showed me that no mistakes no progress. as the saying goes “the experience is the best teacher”, so we should never afraid to make mistakes, we should learn to sum up the experience. the most impotent thing is i have realized that we should catch every chance to improve ourselves to adapt the developing society, which is very helpful for my future.chapter .the advantages and disadvantages of work place4.1 the advantages foreign languages department was established in september 2003. it includes english majors、tourism english and aviation service there professionals. currently, the department includes 70 full-time teachers, with 56 people in masters degree reading 2 doctors and some professors. the master rate is 82%, which is a full of vitality and cohesion young team. the department of foreign languages also continuously strength the laboratory construction, in order to build a modern learning environment for the students. department of foreign languages pay a lot of enthusiasm and efforts to the work, had fostered some professional and technical personnel who not only can read books but also can solve the practical problems.after these years, the department of foreign languages has made great achievements in the teaching and scientific research, from which the students can benefit a lot.4.2 the disadvantages(1)may be just because i worked in the foreign languages department, it is an internal school department, i just work in the school, i was cared by the teachers, i can not contact with the cruel society so i can not be completely independent. just in this level it is really a great pity for me to work in the limited foreign languages department.(2)i cant experience the cruel of the outside world as other students and my work just very easy especially in comparison with others. the challenges i faced with are easy to deal with.conclusiontimes flies, my six months internship has finished and through it i have made progresses on many aspects. this internship let me learn a lot of practical things which i never get in tough with before. i feel that i come to more mature and begin to
