The water must be ultimately removed by(象名称所表示的那样,整个过程是在湿的状态下进行的,水被用作输 送和破碎的介质。过程中的水最终要通过以下途径分离): qDewatering(脱水)- Remove the water out by mechanic way(使用机械方式将物料中的水分离) nScreen (筛)- DSM, ICM nSqueezing (挤压) - Veter, nCentrifuge (离心)- peeling centrifuge (刮刀离心机 ) nVacuum(真空)- Vacuum filter (真空转鼓) qEvaporation (蒸发) - Evaporator,(蒸发器) qDrying (干燥)- Tube boundle dryer, Flash dryer(管 束干燥,闪蒸干燥机) 2010-10-0214Corn Process Training Introduction(简介) nThe process is called a countercurrent process. The maize and water move in opposite directions through the process (过程被称为逆流过程。玉米和水在过程中相向流动) qFresh water is added at the end of the process for starch washing. This water is reused as process water and finally as light steep water. (净水被加入过程的最后用于淀粉洗涤。水被以工艺水的形式重 复利用并最终以轻浸泡液的形式排出。) qThe water quality gradually deteriorates because the level of soluble protein increases, eventually this protein is removed from wet milling with maize gluten feed.
