项目背景及建设的必要性2.1背景十二道沟现有生态猪42头，母猪2头，占地面积4000平方米，其中：建筑面积1080平方米。生态猪是一个跨学科行业，涉及到养猪学、动物营养学、生物学与土壤肥料学等学科。它是以微生物技术为核心，通过对猪排泄物的科学处理，实行农牧结合、互相促进、低投入、高产出、少污染的良性循环的生态养猪系统工程。它是集约化养猪发展到一定阶段而形成的又一个亮点，是生猪养殖可持续发展的需要，也是落实党的十七大精神，建设生态文明的集中体现。2.2建设的必要性长白朝鲜族自治县位于吉林省东南部，长白山南麓，鸭绿江上游，面积2497平方公里，边境线长260.5公里，森林覆盖率92，生态猪具有成本低、抵抗力强、适应性强等特点。生态猪屠宰后肉色红润，纹理清晰，优于一般猪肉。经提取里脊肉、后腿肉检验，其氨基酸及其它营养含量分别提高了10%至15%，完全达到无公害猪肉标准。在饲养过程中，由于猪只恢复了拱食的自然习性，猪只应激少，又采食益生菌和垫料中的菌体蛋白，抗病力明显增强，发病率减少。特别是呼吸道疾病和消化道疾病较传统集约饲养有大幅下降。生态养猪省水、省料、省劳力，提高生猪免疫力，提高猪肉品质，实现粪污零排放，达到环保要求。该技术的菌种发酵功能强，适用范围广，在制作发酵垫床时可使用玉米秸、玉米棒核、豆秸、稻草、稻谷壳、锯末等各种农业废弃物，达到循环作用。科学调整菌种配伍和垫料的结构，使得发酵床温度夏天不会过高，冬天圈舍达到20度左右。项目抗风险能力强，建设是非常必要的。第三章 市场分析3.1 厂址：项目建设地点选在长白县十二道沟镇新村，距长临公路200米，距临江火车站130公里，距鸭绿江500米,交通便利。厂区选址地势平坦、交通方便，繁育基地现占地3200平方米。在原有的占地面积的基础上，新建猪舍300平方米。5.2 气象资料项目区属北温带大陆性气候，极端最高温度35.8，极端最低温度34.8，年平均降水量694.8，最大降雨量939.4，最大冻土深度1.6m，最大风速20m/s，无霜期115天，年主要风向西风和西北风，地震裂度6度。5.3地质条件区域内地形为iv类，属鸭绿江水系，县城地势呈东北高，西南低，海拔高度700750m，区域地质为华北区，辽东分区，白山小区的东南部，区内出露地层有中生界侏罗系的流纹岩、凝灰融岩、安山质集块岩等；新生界为第三纪粘土、硅藻土、玄武岩等；第四纪为冲积砂砾、卵石、粘性土等。5.4水文长白县位于鸭绿江上游，二十年一遇最高水位5.63米，最低水位1.33米，最大流速5m/s，最小流速0.44m/s，最大流量2,491m3 /s，最小流量2.2m3 /s，平均流量27.1m3 /s，最大结冻厚度0.8米。第六章 环境保护该项目实现粪污零排放，达到环保要求。生态养殖模式所产粪尿经过菌种发酵转变为微生物蛋白，主场内外无臭味，氨气含量显著降低。该模式将传统集约化养猪粪便污染处理问题提前在养殖环节进行消纳，避免了粪污在排放和运输过程中形成的二次污染，在畜禽粪便无害化处理方面开辟了一条新路。第七章 投资估算及资金来源7.1
