Unit 4 Why dont you talk to your parents第二课时Section A(3a3c)【学习目标】1学生能继续学会下列生词及短语get on with,relation,argue,cloud,elder,instead,whatever,nervous,offer,secondly,explain,clear,并且能够根据对方的疑惑提出相应的解决方法。2通过阅读提高学生的阅读能力,能按要求找到相应的信息。3学生了解如果生活中发生了一些不尽如人意的问题,应当如何面对并理性地去解决。【学习重点】掌握本部分出现的生词和词组,达到熟练运用的目标。【学习难点】阅读短文,获得相关的信息。通过阅读练习,来提高阅读能力。T:Everybody may have problems at home.Some people cant get on well with their family,some people always argue with their parents.Can you be good with your family?Are the relations between your parents good?Lets read a letter,and learn how to be good with them in right way.Do you agree or disagree with Mr.Hunts advice?Task 1【组内小展示】先由各小组组长带领组内成员认读单词和词组,再在整个小组内进行齐读后对词汇的用法进行归纳,并标记出发音和理解困难的单词,可及时向老师求助。采用小组内展示的方式,老师巡查学情并检测,要求学生自己出题检测。最后,板书展示内容。【班级大展示】1I can read.(我会读)带读齐读,注意communication,proper等的发音;通过游戏形式,如单词游戏来巩固单词的学习。2I can write.(我会写)以answer quickly(抢答)的方式对词组进行中英互译;带读齐读;抽测:可以用造句的方式巩固词汇的学习。3I can use.(我会用)结合I can write 中的词组,总结讲解重点词汇的用法,完成I can use;抽测:用【小试牛刀】中的练习对词汇的用法进行巩固,并以抢答的方式对答案进行核对,并进行讲解。情景导入生成问题1(T)Question:Can you get on well with your family?(S)Answer:_2(T)Question:Are the relations between your parents good?(S)Answer:_自学互研生成能力Task 1Lets read the new words and phrases.1I can read.(我会读)get on with,relation,communication,argue,cloud,elder,instead,whatever,nervous,offer,proper,secondly,explain,clear2I can write.(我会写)(1)get on with sb.与某人和睦相处 (2)get along with 与某人和睦相处 (3)hang over 笼罩,悬浮在之上 (4)be nice to sb.对某人好 (5)refuse to do sth.拒绝做某事 (6)talk about 谈论 (7)offer to help 提供帮助 (8)communicate with sb.与某人交流 (9)all the time 一直 (10)mind sb.doing sth. 介意某人做某事 (11)explain sth.to sb.向某人解释某事 (12)make sth.clear 使某事清晰明了 3I can use.(我会用)(1)instead作副词,意为 “ 代替;反而;却 ”一般单独位于句首或句尾,作状语修饰整个句子。常搭配instead of doing sth.意为 “代替做某事”。如:He never works, instead_ he plays all day and all night.他从不工作,却整日整夜地玩。(2)whatever作代词,意为 “任何事物;无论如何”,引导宾语从句。如:You may do whatever_ you want to do.你可以做你喜欢的任何事。【拓展】whatever作连接代词,意为 “无论什么”,引导状语从句。如:Dont change your plans, whatever_ happens.无论发生什么,都不要改变你的计划。(3)offer意为 “ 主动提出;自愿给予;提供 ”。offer to do sth.意为 “ 主动提出做某事 ”。offer sb.sth.(offer sth.to sb.) “ 给某人提供某物 ”。他主动提出做家务。 He_offered_to_do_the_chores. They offer me several tickets.(改为同义句)They offer_ several tickets to_ me.昨晚他没有看电视,而是打篮球去了。He played basketball instead_of_watching_ TV last night.He didnt watch TV, instead,_he play basketball last night.Task 2Make conversations according to 3a,and finish 3b and 3c.1I can practice.(我会练)A:Whats wrong with you?B:My_parents_argued_with_each_other.
