交流催生了巨大的翻译服务市场，团队翻译就在这种环境下蓬勃发展起来，译者的工 作越来越成为团体的工作，以满足读者的及时需要，同时，先进的信息通讯技术以及 计算机技术也为团队翻译的兴起和发展奠定了技术基础。然而对这一重要的实践，翻 译界却对其鲜有理论支撑。如今的团队翻译有何特点，其效率又受何因素影响? 除了 文本，翻译人员能力之外，是否还有其他因素，而这些因素之间又有何关系。这一系 列有关翻译产业的问题一直没有得到翻译研究的重视。本文以团队理论为指导探讨翻 译团队，通过引入影响团队效率的因素，研究翻译团队的特点，确定影响翻译团队有 效性的因素，并形成模式。 本文包括六个章节，第一二章论述了当前研究的必要性和参考文献，第三章对合 作翻译的发展模式进行追述，从口授加笔述的翻译模式到主译加辅译的翻译模式，最 后发展到团队翻译模式。而这种发展并不是时间上的，因为团队翻译很早就出现在人 类文明史上，因此在团队翻译模式小节里，笔者又对中国的佛经翻译，西方的圣经翻 译直到当代的团队翻译做了论述。第四章借鉴和引申了团队的相关理论，对翻译团队 进行界定并指出翻译团队的特点。之后引入了团队有效性和团队绩效理论对翻译团队 进行有效性分析，形成有效性因素模型。第五部分为实证研究，对有效性因素重要性 进行调查，总结出十八条相对较重要的因素，并以模型的方式表现出来。结语对本文
