I gave you $20, not $10. 在酒店里房间的调温器坏了,可以说:Excuse me, but theres a problem with the heating in my room. 或Sorry to bother you, but I think theres something wrong with the air-conditioning. 失窃了,可以说:Im afraid I have to make a complaint. 或Some money has gone missing from my hotel room. 房间没有整理,则可以说:Im afraid theres a slight problem with my room the bed hasnt been made. ws1 四、投诉信 当人们发现自己错了而道歉,一般都会说SORRY,然后再提出把事情做好的 解决办法。比如对应上面对调温器的投诉:Excuse me, but theres a problem with the heating. 或者Im sorry Ill get someone to check it for you. 或者 Sorry to hear that Ill send someone up. ws2 四、投诉信 ws-assignment1 Directions: You are required to how to make a claim about 100 words according to the following instructions given. You found something wrong with the telephone bill you have received from the local post office. You made a call to inquire about this. However the person who answered the call was very rude. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the post office, explaining the situation and giving your suggestions for improvement. Your letter should be no less than 100 words. You dont need to write the address. Dont sign your own name at the end of the letter, use Donna instead. 四、投诉信 Dear Sir, I am writing to let you know the deplorable(糟糕的) attitude of one of your staff member. I received my telephone bill for the previous month from you and thought there were some errors in calculation: I had been overcharged (向某人索价过高) for two overseas calls. However, when I called your Complaints Department, the girl who answered my phone was very rude. For one thing she interrupted me continually, for another she even said that the fault was my own.
