Lesson 49Get Along with Others 教学整体设计【教学目标】1.能够熟练掌握本课单词communication,naturally,anger,solution及短语get along with/be satisfied with/come to a solution/move on的用法。2.通过中心话题“交际”,让学生意识到要与他人友好和平共处。3.培养学生爱交流、与人为善的优良品质。4.初步接触定语从句。【教学重难点】1.掌握文中重点单词和短语。2.熟练运用文中出现的日常交际用语。3.掌握文中的重点句子。【课前准备】黑板,录音机,配套磁带,卡片 教学过程设计教学过程一、创设情境,切入主题Step 1:Warming upT:Do you have a good relationship with the people in your life?Ss:Yes,I do/No,I dont.T:OK,I hope all of you can have a good relationship with the people in your life.Then what do you think is the most important thing in a good friendship?Ss:Communication!T:Yes,you are right!Communication is the most important thing in a good friendship.So this unit we are going to learn why communication is important and how to get along well with others.Now lets begin!设计意图:以学生感兴趣的话题开篇,重点在于吸引学生的注意,培养学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的口语能力。二、展开过程,探究新知Step 2:Presentation1.Teacher shows the cards with the words(communication,naturally,anger,solution)and teaches them.Make sentences with the words and explain the meanings.2.Give the students five minutes to remember the words.And then the teacher takes out of a card of them.Let students spell and read them one by one.设计意图:教师以卡片的形式学习新单词并单个记忆,学生记得快。老师还可以找几名学生比赛记单词,调动他们的学习热情。3.Open the books to Page 130,listen and read.(Listen to the tape and pay attention to the wordspronunciation) Then ask some students to stand up and read the words,the others pick out the mistakes.4.The students read the text by themselves and try to find out the main phrases and sentences in the dialogue.设计意图:让学生能抓住文中重点词汇和句型,善于归纳。5.Give the students several minutes to remember the dialogue,then role play the dialogue.设计意图:通过学生们熟记对话并把他们表演出来,加强了学生们的记忆,同时也锻炼学生们的口语表达能力。Step 3:DrillsDo Exercise 2 and Exercise 3 on Page 131.设计意图:检查学生对学过内容的理解和记忆;锻炼学生对词性转化的熟练程度。三、布置作业Work in groups,share your ideas about communication.You can use“I think.”,“I guess.”,“Thats for sure!”,“Thats true!”or “Good point!”.设计意图:锻炼学生的口语表达能力。 教学小结【板书设计】Lesson 49Get Along with Others短语:1.get along with与相处 2.be satisfied with对满意 3.come to a solution 得出答案 4.move on 往前走,前进句子:1.How do you get along with others in school or at home?2.Sometimes friends have misunderstandings.3
