As shown in its literal, what is owned is a kind of rights. This right includes two aspects: reproduction right and its using control. Initially only for books, and now have expanded to the a variety of magazines, newspapers, maps, theaters, films, television programs, computer software, paintings, pictures, sculptures, music works, dancing design and so on. Essentially, copyright protects the intellectual or artistic property. As one kind of property, copyright is unique in that it aims to be used and enjoyed by the public. If a reader buys a book protected by copyright, it will belong to him. But if he makes copy to sell or gave away this book, it is illegal. The essentials of it are as follows:1.mutual assent;2.a kind of compensation which in most situations are not money;3.each party should have the legal capacity to sign a contract;4.absence of fraud and threat;5.subject is not illegal or against public policy. Generally, contract can be written or oral. However, in order to be enforceable, some contracts must be written and signed. These contracts include the sale and transfer of real estate and guarantee or compensation for plan miscarriage, debt, and others default and so on.本文针对当前我国对外经济法规汉英翻译的一些实际问题,探讨了以翻译规律来规范对外经济法规汉英翻译的可能性,提出了基本规律和特殊规律。本文指出,对外经济法规汉英翻译必须遵循建立在服从法律英语的语言特点和表达规律基础上的对外经济法规翻译规律。这些规律都是通过分析法规译文中的典型错误,结合国内外翻译理论进行总结归纳才提出的,对经济法规的翻译实践有重要的指导意义。This paper, aiming at some practical issues in the translation of current Chinas foreign economic laws and rules, discusses the possibility of governing these laws C-E translation by translation regulation, proposes the basic and specific regulation .It points out that these laws C-E translation must follow itself translation regulation based on the language features and expression regulation of legal English. These regulations, proposed through analyzing the typical mistakes in laws and inducting the foreign and domestic translation theories, have an important guiding significance to the translation of these laws.本刊只接受全部用英文写成的稿件。来稿在4000字左右为宜。论文必须另页附200字以内中文摘要、100词以内英文摘要和不少于3个的主题词。正文格式应符合以下要求:1、英文12磅字体;2、双倍行距;3、左右两边空白各不少于3.5厘米;书目采用美国心理学学会(APA)论文格式。This journal accepts only the papers which are written in English completely.
