摘  要

   为适应大型管道事业的发展,加速我国管道切割修复技术的前进步伐,需要研发一种可以在大型油气管道、桁架、大直径单双层罐体上进行周向爬行切割的切割装置。

   首先对国内外的切割装置和切割技术进行分析研究,并根据设计的切割装置要实现的功能,工作环境和工作方式,进行传动机构的选型;传动机构在整个设计过程中占据重要地位,而传动类型却是各式各样的,通过设计要求,确定机构传动的较理想的方案;在此基础上确定切割装置的总体设计方案,设计切割装置的本体结构由主运动系统,径向进给系统,周向爬行系统,机壳和固定装置四部分组成;分别对主运动系统、径向进给系统、周向爬行系统、机壳和固定装置进行详细的设计并进行关键零部件的校核。

Abstract

  To meet the development of the large-scale pipelines and accelerate the pace of technological development of pipeline cutting and rehabilitation, the thesis is focused on designing a cutting machine, which can crawl around for cutting on large oil and gas pipelines, truss, and large-diameter single or double tanks.

On this basis, the overall designing scheme of the cutting device is confirmed. The overall designing scheme of the cutting device consists of four parts, the main moving system, the radial feeding system, the circle crawling system and the device of fixtures. Each part is designed in detail respectively, and the main parts are calculated.
