Meanwhile, we can also learn excellent qualities from our partners,which will help us improve ourselves in varieties of fields in our career. If we cooperate with the persons we like, it is indeed wonderful. We will feel happy and relieved and then we can share our joy and pain with each other in the work process. However, if we work with someone we dont appreciate, it doesnt mean something bad/terrible.
