八年级(下)Unit 4 He said I was hard-working.Section B 教学设计 新干四中 邹佳1、教学内容Section B(P30 3a-3c)2、教学目标学习新的单词和短语,运用直接引语转化成间接引语进行语言会话,学会写个人的Report card,学习运用现有的材料进行课堂Pairwork和Groupwork活动。3、情感态度价值观注意正确地对待老师的评价,并客观地评价自我。4、教学重、难点学习一些新的单词和短语;学习个人Report card的写作。一 、教学步骤Step 1: Greetings Nice to meet you! Introduce myself to the students.Step 2: New words and phrasesAsk: Did you have an exam this year? Do you like exams? My son doesnt like exams, either. (引入新单词、短语) Look, this is my son. His name is Zheng Chenyang. He is 8 years old in a primary school. He is in good health. He is always nervous before exams. Last semester, I got an envelope about his report card from his school. I was nervous, too. Luckily, he did OK this time. Is it true? Lets check. It was his report card. P.E. was the worst. It was the disappointing result. (一边展示一边板书) 带读后,对着幻灯片Words study让学生齐读。Step 3 : Answer for my son(Is my son hard-working? Lets look at his report card ) 用四个幻灯片展示老师们对儿子的评价,然后让学生替儿子转述老师的评价,从而复习直接引语转化成间接引语。Step 4 : Read Alans letter(My son has a cousin Alan. He wrote a letter about his report card to his grandma.)Task 1:Listen,read and answer 4 questions (1)、Whats wrong with Alans grandpa?(2)、What exams did he finish last week?(3)、Did Alan do OK this time?(4)、How does Alan feel when he sees the envelope from school?Task 2: Listening: (He did OK this time. Is it true? Lets go on listening and answer this question :)What did his math teacher say? (单选题)Task 3: Write Alans report card. (Alan was hard-working in math. How about his other subjects? Lets go reading.Read another page of the Reading and write down Alans report card. Ask some students to answer. Task 4: Design your own report card(Alan did OK this time. How about you? Now please write your report card.)Task 5: WritingWrite a letter to a relative or a friend about your report card. Give the students 5 minutes to write. Read one students letter, enjoy it and let the students find the mistakes. Next, ask the students to read their letters to their partners. Finally, let some students read their letters to the class.Step 5: Discuss1 .Is the report card important for you ?2. How can we improve ourselves ?Step 6: English Proverbs1.
