。2)专用汽车产品正向调整生产组织结构和产品结构、向规模化趋势发展，专用汽车的生产集中度增加。我国的专用车还有以下特点：(1)重型化。国内在运输和各作业领域使用的专用汽车明显以重型居多。这是因为重型车经济效益好、功率大有利于综合利用。(2)轻型化。小(或轻)型适于走街穿巷。随着国民经济的发展，城市需要大量的生活用车、环卫用车、医疗用车、市政用车等各种轻型专用汽车。(3)“四高”。专用汽车在适应市场发展需求的同时，随着材料的发展和进步，在不断提高专用汽车产品的档次。开发生产“四高”(即高水平、高技术、高质量、高附加值)的专用汽车，以满足国民经济发展的需求，替代进口，使专用汽车产品的出口具有一定的竞争力，能够让我国自主品牌的专用汽车走向国际市场。举升汽车是利用本车发动机动力驱动液压举升机构，将其车厢倾斜一定角度卸货，并依靠车厢自重使其复位的专用汽车。举升汽车按其用途可分为两大类：一类属非公路运输用的重型和超重型(装载质量在20t以上)自卸汽车。主要承担大型矿山、水利工地等运输任务，通常是与挖掘机配套使用。这类汽车也称为矿用自卸汽车。它的长度、宽度、高度以及轴荷等不受公路法规的限制，但它只能在矿山、工地上使用。另一类用于公路运输用的轻、中、重型(装载质量在220 t)普通举升汽车。它主要承担砂石、泥土、煤炭等松散货物运输，通常是与装载机配套使用。某些举升汽车是针对专门用途设计的，故又称专用自卸汽车。如：摆臂式自装卸汽车、自装卸垃圾汽车等。按运载货物倾卸方向分为：后倾式、侧倾式、三面倾式和底卸式举升汽车；按车厢栏板结构分为：栏板一面开启式、栏板三面开启式和簸箕式(即无后栏板)举升汽车。（3）选题的目的与意义随着国内基础设施建设需要不断增加，自卸车近年来一直保持较高产销量。据统计，自卸车在中重型卡车市场需求量上约占百分之四十的份额，并在专用车综合产量中保持第一位置，成为卡车市场的兵家必争之地。自卸车的腾飞为国民经济的快速发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。自卸车能够快速兴起的主要原因是固定资产投资强劲增长，巨大的投资规模奠定了自卸车市场需求基础；举升汽车品种增加，不仅适应和满足施工需求，同时还能向运输市场发展，可以让它成为运输业的主力车型；但是，如今我国的自卸车在种类、型式、材料运用方面与国外还有一定的差距。所以就需要我们进行研究，使其得到更好的完善与发展。选择本课题充分考虑了研究课题对车辆工程专业学生学习和工作的指导作用，能够使学生了解专用汽车改装设计方法，通过本课题的研究学生可以完成理论课程的实践总结，获得一定的工程设计工作方法和经验。进行相关的设计，可以解决供需矛盾，培养正确的研究方法、理论联系实际的工作作风、严肃求实的学习态度，锻炼使用工具软件的能力，提高综合设计的能力。对学生的作用是不可言喻的。二、设计（论文）的基本内容,拟解决的主要问题运用CAD绘图，结合所学的汽车构造和汽车设计知识，对自卸车这种专用汽车进行优化设计，使其结构更合理，性价比更合适。体现汽车设计的重要性，主要解决以下问题：（1）自卸车不同结构形式的比较；通过研究比较出不同结构的自卸车所具有的不同特点。在实际应用中，不同结构的自卸车各自优缺点。各种不同自卸车又应用于哪些领域等。（2）对汽车二类底盘进行参数确定；通过给定的要求参数，设计一个能用于现实社会中的自卸车设计方案。要求能够符合现实需求，并且能够最大限度的满足性价比的要求。（3）对车厢等主要部件进行设计；能够绘出各部件的CAD图。设计的各部件均要求运行平稳，工作可靠。对一些可能的工作异常要做出预测，故障维修要提出相应解决措施。（4）对液压举升机构等部件进行设计；能够分析常见的液压举升机构故障，了解油泵的工作原理，分析可能泄露的原因。三、技术路线（研究方法）通过网上搜索、图书阅览电子资料搜集相关资料，对比自卸车的结构形式根据给定数据初步选择二类底盘对东风自卸车的液压举升机构和车厢等部件进行设计进行设计。应用CAD软件对自卸车的重要组成部件进行绘制，使其符合生产要求。初步审核，查找不足之处，修改设计方案再次复核，最终确定设计方案，完成东风自卸车设计四、进度安排（1）
