They mind very much if you speak with your mouth full of food, and they also mind if you talk to somebody who is talking to another person!,Writing,Wombat,The wombat lives in dry areas on the islands of Australia and Tasmania. It wears soft gray-brown fur and small pointed ears. It is the size of a pig and very solidly built and has very strong claws and short, strong legs to help in its digging. It has no natural enemies and can even survive smaller bush fires in its,underground burrow. Its diet consists of grass, roots, shoots and leaves. It emerges in late afternoon for eating in the evening and throughout the night. During the day they return to their burrows and go to sleep sometimes lying on their backs with their four feet sticking up in the air!,Writing on page 167,Sample: Curious about the land on the other side of Indian Ocean, I finally managed to cross into Australia on a great land bridge.
