Operation steps3.1 Remote CMW5003.1.1 Change PCs IP address to ensure your computer and the CMW500 are in the same domain.3.1.2 Connect CMW500 as below and input the password “instrument” , then click “OK” or press “Enter”.3.2 Set in CMW5003.2.1 Open CMW500, press “Ctrl + M” and choose “WCDMA TX Measurement” under “WCDMA FDD UE” and enable it.3.2.2 Click “Config ” and setup parameters as the picture below.3.2.3 Click the button “Multi Evaluation OFF” and press “ Ctrl + Enter ” to enable Multi Evaluation”. 3.2.4 Press “Ctrl + G” and choose “Generator”.3.2.5 Click “Config ” and setup parameters as the picture below.3.2.6 Choose ARB file. Click “ARB” and “select ARB File”. Choose waveform: RMC12_2_IlpcEF_0_9_16.wv, then click OK.3.2.7 Click “ON/OFF” or press “Ctrl+ Enter” to turn on the Generator.3.3 Go to test mode3.3.1 Open the “ttermpro” and set as below.3.3.2 Open DC power (Voltage=3.8V, Limit Current=1.5A) and DUT will go to Diags mode when you see “:-)”. Then type “bbonbypass” and enter.3.3.3 Check if connect the MLBOpen the QPST configuration to confirm the connection between MLB and PC .If interface as below it means the connection is OK.3.4 Set in QRCT and get results3.4.1 Open QRCT and select “QRCT Debug Message”3.4.2 Connect COM Port-Go to FTM mode3.4.3 By default, its under Port A condition in QRCT. Here is the way to switch portA to port B and port B to port A if needed.i. PortA to port B: cmd: “75 251 6 0 3 0”ii. Port B to port A: cmd: “75 251 6 0 4 0”We will use the port A to finish the following test.3.4.4 Go to “FTM Command” “Non-Signaling”“WCDMA/HSDPA” mode and set as below.3.4.5 For Rx part, you can get RSSI/BER Sensitivity. It determined by Downlink RF level which you set in CMW500 RF gener.3.4.6 For Tx part, we can check the test results in CMW500.If you want to get the result in detail, double click the small window.
