Confirmation of REACH RegulationREACH法规的确认The REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of CHemicals) regulation of the European Community (EC) states that chemicals and Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) will endanger human health, and its use will be controlled. It requires that SVHC must be registered in EC, and to obtain authorization before use. Without authorization, substance and product containing SVHC are not allowed to be imported or manufactured in EC. To date the European CHemicals Agency (ECHA) has published 7 batches of SVHC totalling 84 candidates (list attached), and the list will be updated by ECHA twice a year.欧盟REACH法规规定，对危害人类健康的“高度关注物质(SVHC)” 以“授权使用”的形式进行管理。列入“授权名单”的物质，除非已在欧盟注册并获得欧盟授权使用，否则该物质及含有该物质的产品不可以进口欧盟或在欧盟境内生产。至今，欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)已公布了7批共84种SVHC(见附件), 而且, ECHA会在每年6月及12月更新该授权名单。To meet the requirements, our customers have informed us that all products delivered must comply with REACH.
