中文摘要 摘要 在国际商务谈判中，由于谈判各方语言和文化的不同，会话含意的误解现象 屡有发生。这是导致国际商务谈判失败的原因之一。然而，语言学界对于这个问 题的研究却远远不够。有鉴于此，本文主要研究国际商务谈判会话含意的推导问 题。本文研究目的在于探讨国际商务谈判会话含意误解现象产生的根源，揭示影 响会话含意推导的因素，并构建其推导的模型。此外，本文也期望能从理论和实 践上给国际商务谈判和商务英语教学以启迪。 本文采用定性和定量相结合的方法对国际商务谈判会话含意进行研究。研究 者使用三种手段来收集数据并运用合作原则和关联理论对其进行定性分析。为了 检验定性结论的准确性，研究者运用了社会科学统计软件s p s s 对数据进行方差分 析和描述性分析。研究结果表明国际商务谈判会话含意的语用推导不同于r 常会 话的推导，有其自己独特的特点： ( 1 ) 在国际商务谈判中，误会的产生在于对对方语境信息的错误估计。高估 或低估都会造成对谈判人本意的误解。 ( 2 ) 国际商务谈判会话含意的推导应以合作原则为基础，谈判者应当遵守合 作原则及其准则。基于关联理论的分析，明说的推导取决于编码信息的数量；隐 含的推导取决于说话人对听话人语境资源的数量和认知能力信任程度的估计。 ( 3 ) 国际商务谈判会话含意的推导模型是一个话语解码和依靠跨文化语境推
