大学英语教师认知与教学效果的关系研究 摘要 自从2 0 世纪6 0 年代以来，在基础教育和外语教学领域出现了一个脱离 以教师为中心的教育模式向以学生为中心的教育模式转化的运动。事实上， 在这种趋势的影响下，近年来以学习者为中心的教学方法无疑受到了重视。 探讨外语学习的主体是学习者的书籍和文章大量涌现，然而，关于教师在外 语教学过程当中所起的作用的研究却很少见到。多年来人们一直关注于教师 的教学方法，而且他们仅仅是站在外面观察教师的行为。在英语教学中，教 师到底起到一个什么样的作用? 国外学者近年来对此进行了研究。但是国内 学者对这一领域的研究仍然很少。本研究将寻求理解教师的教学方法从教师 本身的角度出发而不是外在的、仅仅是表面的观察，也就是说，从英语教师 自身的观点出发，教师自己站出来讲述英语教学的一些理念及他们对于英语 教学的认知，而不是像以往一样对教师的行为进行量化的分析。在国内，虽 然一些学者已着手研究教师认知，但关于大学英语教师认知与教学效果的关 系研究仍处于空白。 因此，本论文将试图找出教师的知识体系、观念系统、价值观和原则以 及个人的经验是如何影响他们在英语教学过程中做出的各种决策以及他们对 英语教学的理解，并探讨大学英语教师认知与教学效果之间存在什么样的关
