摘要 本论文以一百万字的轮机英语语料库为基础，着重研究轮机英语中一次频词 ( h a p a xl e g o m e n a ) 的分布特点，并分析了他们的构成特征。 研究发结果现，h a p a xl e g o m e n a 数量变化的总体趋势是随着其所在的样本的 增大而增加。h a p a xl e g o m e n a 与词汇量( n u m b e ro f w o r dt y p e s ) 的比值在每个样 本中都占有很大比例。 在整个语料库中h a p a xl e g o m e n a 与词汇量的比值是 4 6 3 1 。h a p a xl e g o m e n a 的数量平均是d i sl e g o m e n a ( 二次频词1 的3 5 3 倍。 h a p a xl e g o m e n a 与样本中词汇量的比例在样本累加的初始阶段随着样本的增 大而减少，随着样本的继续增大，约到六万六千字左右，这一比值又开始增加。 研究表明，表示数量、称谓的词和缩略词占整个h a p a xl e g o m e n a 数量的2 0 ， 除此之外都是派生词、合成词和词根词。很多词都具有科技意义( t e c h n i c a ls e n s e ) ， 其中一些h a p a xl e g o m e n a 对轮机专业人员有重要意义。 大量的h a p a xl e g o m e n a 的存在是轮机英语学习者在词汇习得和阅读理解方面 出现障碍的主要因素，因此英语教师和教材编撰者应该找出方法，提高那些具有 重要意义的h a p a xl e g o m e n a 的重复次数，从而可以帮助提高外语学习者对单词的 认识理解程度，降低遗忘率。 关键词：一次频词：轮机英语；语料库；分布 a b s t r a c t t h i sp a p e rf o c u s e so nt h ed i s t r i b u t i o no fh a p a xl e g o m e n ai nt h eo n e -
