电化学传感阴离子受体的 合成和性质研究 摘要 分子识别是超分子化学研究的重要内容之一，它包括对中性分子、阳离子 和阴离子的识别。其中阴离子识别较前两者发展相对迟缓，亟待丰富和发展新型 识别体系。近年来，由于阴离子在生物学和环境中的重要地位，采用电化学方法 进行分子识别作为传感技术的发展的一个重要组成部分，更引起了人们的广泛关 注。阴离子受体一般含有阴离子的结合基团和表达阴离子结合的信号报告基团， 两者可直接或通过连接臂相连。因此，信息报告基团、结合基团和连接臂的设计 成为阴离子识别研究的关键。 首先，从4 ，5 一二丁硫基一1 ，3 一二硫杂环戊二烯一2 一酮和n _ 对苯磺酰基一2 一硫代 一l ，p 二硫杂环戊二烯并 4 ，5 _ c 毗咯出发，经交叉偶联、去保护得2 ，3 一二丁硫 基四硫富瓦烯并 6 ：7 一c 】毗咯1 1 。1 1 在碱存在下与甲醛水溶液( 3 7 ) 反应生成 n 一羟甲基化的产物。并用h 卜r m ”cn m r ，i r ，m a l d i t o b m s 和元素分析 进行了结构表征。用核磁共振氢谱研究了1 2 在不同极性溶剂中的偶合行为。 其次，设计并合成了三个带有单毗咯并四硫富瓦烯基团的阴离子受体，并用 hn r ”cn m r m s ( e i ) 进行了结构表征。从目标化合物1 4 c 与f 离子络 合物的紫外吸收可以观察到分子内电荷转移的发生。并通过核磁共振、紫外、循 环伏安法研究了化合物1 4 b ，1 4 c 与f _ ，a c o ，h 2 p 0 4 -
