浙江大学博士学位论文 摘要 本论文由三部分组成。第一部分综述了近年来离子液体在选择性有机反应中的应用研 究。第二部分是正文部分，分两章：第一章主要研究了离子液体促进选择性有机化学反应： 第二章主要研究了离子液体 b m i m b r 。与活性芳烃的选择性溴化反应。第三部分是实验部分， 讲述了实验的具体步骤和化合物的结构表征数据。 正文部分第一章首先研究了在【b m i m b f o “b m i m p f 日 等离子液体中，碱性和中性条 件下苯并三氮唑与不同的卤代烃进行选择性烷基化反应。不仅提高了产率和选择性，而且离 子液体可以重复使用，产率没有明显的变化。第二、我们成功地在离子液体 b m l m b f 4 、 b m i m p 蹦中实现了选择性进行吡咯的亲核取代和亲电加成反应。证明了吡咯的烷基化在 离子渡体中能高效的选择性地完成，本方法是一种简单、温和、有效的合成n - 取代吡咯的 方法。第三、研究了离子液体 b m i m b 踟、 b m i m p f d 和 b u p y b f 4 促进邻苯二甲酰亚胺、 嘲哚、苯并眯唑、丁二酰亚胺的n - 烷基化反应，克服了传统溶剡中进行n 一烷基化反应要求 强碱、反应条件苛刻、时间长、产率般的不足，改善了反应条件、提高了产率。第四、报 道了离子液体 b m i m 8 踟、 b m i m p 蹦促进邻苯二甲酸酐、丁二酸酐和丁烯二酸酐与芳胺、 脂肪胺的直接缩合反应。该方法不需催化剂、降低了反应温度、提高了反应产率。第五、完 成了离子液体 b m i m 】 b f 、 b m i m 汛】和 b u p y j b f t 促进苯并三氮瞳与醛和酵的三纽分缩合 反应，该方法相对传统的方法具有以下几个优点：( 1 ) 快速；( 2 ) 简单；( 3 ) 高产率：( 4 ) 环境更友好；( 5 ) 离子液体能够重复使用等。 第二章研究找到了活性芳烃如芳胺、酚、芳醚等选择性单溴化的新试剂离子液体 b m i m b r a ，并有效地合成了相应的单溴化产物，反应速度、选择性和产率相对传统的试剂 和方法都得到明显的提高。 总之，上述各类经典的烷基化反应和缩合反应都具有原料易得、反应条件温和、选择性 好、产率高、操作简单、离子液体可以回收使用和环境友好等优点，符合当前绿色化学对有 机合成反应的要求。本论文的研究工作进一步扩展了离子液体在有机合成中的应用范围，同 时也发展了一些简单有效的有机合成方法。 一 堑望奎兰堡主兰堡笙兰 a b s 仃a c t 硼1 i sd i s s e r t a t i o nc o n s i s t so ft h r e e p a r t s t h ef i r s tp a r t w er e v i e w e dt h e a p p l i c a t i o no fi o n i cl i q u i d si ns e l e c t i v eo r g a n i cr e a c t i o na n dp r o m o t i n go r g a n i c r e a c t i o n i np a r tt w o ，w es t u d i e dt h ei o n i cl i q u i d s -
