中国语境下中外教师课堂互动的对比研究 摘要 本文以输入与交互假设为理论基础，探索了中国语境下中外教师课堂交互的 异同。研究过程中以课常观察为主要方法，并辅之以问卷调查和专题会议研讨。 对外籍教师和中国教师在英语课堂互动中教学时间差片、在“教师提问一学生回 答一教师反馈一学生应答”链条中各种变量的差异与相关性进行了定量研究。同 时还就外籍教师在中国语境下对外语教学与语言学习的认识、对教师角色的理解 等进行了定性分析。 本项研究对4 名中国教师和4 名外籍教师的1 2 节共计6 0 0 分钟的两种英语课 型( 听说课，读写课) 进行了录音，结合c o l t ( c o m m u n i c a t ，i v eo r i 洲t a t i o no f l a n g u a g et e a c h i n g ) 评估表，对有声材料进行了分析整理。4 9 名中国高校英语 教师及3 7 名外籍教师参加了问卷调查。来自美国、英国、加拿火、澳大利亚、 新西兰等国家在中国高校工作的外籍教师共计3 6 人参加了教学研讨会。主要取 得以下研究结果： ( 1 ) 外籍教师与中国教师在教学时间的分配上存在差异，尤其在课堂组织时间 上存在显著性差异。 ( 2 ) 在教师与学生的互动中，中国教师提问、教师反馈多于外籍教师，虽然学 生回答的频率在中国教师课掌上要高于外籍教师，但在学生自由应答方 面，外籍教师课堂要多于中国教师课堂。 ( 3 ) 教师提问的研究数据表明，内容性问题多出现在中国教师的课堂，外籍教 师的机械提问多于中国教师，但两类教师在思维挑战问题方面不具有统计 意义方面的差异。 ( 4 ) 中国教师的反馈以重复、告知为主，外籍教师的鼓励、表扬反馈多于中国 教师，中国教师的澄清反馈频率高于外籍教师。中外教师在纠错反馈、总 结反馈方面不存在统计意义方面的差异。 ( 5 ) 相关性研究证明，教师类型( 中国教师外籍教师) 与内容型提问、机械 型提问相关，与重复、翻译、重组、澄清、告知、表扬等六种反馈相关。 这六种反馈与内容性问题里正相关。 i i i ( 6 ) 课堂观察与问卷调查显示，外籍教师课堂气氛更友好、更具协作性。他们 更多采取小组学习的教学方法，在课堂活动的多样性方面更有优势。中国 教师多采耿个别提问的方式，更关注学生课堂表现。 ( 7 ) 从业态度调查结果显示，外籍教师的描述多为积极正而，他们对中因学生 的外语学习的总体印象为背诵、缺乏刨造力、以考试为目的，急功近利， 常常忽视语言学习的基本规律。 本研究的结果表明，中国教师在语言输入的量方面要明显好于外籍教师，教 学方法更适合中国学生的认知特点，但在语占输入的质方面还有待提高。外籍教 师对教师角色的理解与中囤学生对教师的期望不完全一致其讨论式教学方法与 中囡学生传统的学习方法不能完全融合，但在语言输出的洲练上，外籍教师更具 优势。 中外教师课堂互动的对比研究，有助于改变一些理所当然接受的有关中外教 师教学的传统观念。本研究以统计数据与客观分析为依据，较全面沦证了中国语 境下中外教师课堂互动的特点，丰富了二语习得理论中有天教师行为及教师话语 的阐述，为更深入探讨外籍教师在中国语境卜j 的教学，合理有效利甩外教，从理 论、实践及研究方法上提供了有益的借鉴。 关键词：中国教师外籍教师课堂互动课堂教学 堕j ! ! 些查! ! 堕三堡奎 a c o m p a r a t i v es t u d yo fn e s t a n dn n e s t c l a s s r o o mi n t e r a c t i o ni nc h i n e s ec o n t e x t a b s t r a c t t h i ss t u d ye x a m i n e dt h ec l a s s r o o mi n t e r a c t i o nb e t w e e ns t u d e n t sa n dt w og r o u p s o fi n t e r l o c u t o r s ：n e s t s ( n a t i v ee n g l i s hs p e a k i n gt e a c h e r s ) a n dn n e s t s ( n o n -
