摘要 本论文对法律英语词汇特点及其在法律英语翻译中的运用展 开研究。论文共分五个部分。 论文第一章是对法律英语的一般介绍，其内容包括：法律英语的 定义、作用及文体特征。第二章对法律英语独特的语法特征进行总的 分析。作者从句法和篇章的角度入手展开分析，涉及到法律英语中的 并列结构、长句、状语结构、定语结构以及名词化等五个方面。第三 章是本文的主体部分之一。文章对法律英语的另一个独特之处，即词
