一摘要 摘要 戏剧作为一种以表演和对话为主要表现手法的艺术形式，其语言具有很大的研 究价值。戏剧中的语言不仅仅是生活的再现，更是作者的艺术创作。利用格莱斯的 会话含义理论，分析戏剧中的人物对话，分析会话含义的产生及内容，可以从语言 学角度挖掘作品意义，加深对人物形象的解读，为作品分析提供语言学的支撑。 会话含义是语用学研究的重要领域。会话含义这个概念是美国语言学哲学家格 莱斯七十年代正式提出的，旨在研究传统语义学无法解释的一些意义现象，即听话 人经过语用推理得出的说话人的话语意义。格莱斯认为人类交际活动的总原则是合 作原则，这是一个高度抽象的语用原则，它在具体语言交际中由四个准则组成，即 数量准则、质量准则、关联准则、方式准则。格莱斯提出合作原则的具体准则用来 描述会话含义的产生方式，并且描述了会话含义的推导过程，他关于会话含义的研 究成果被称为格莱斯会话含义理论。 本文利用格莱斯的会话含义理论，分析了戏剧理想丈夫中对话的会话含义 的产生方式及内容，并以违反合作原则的方式进行分类，讨论了违反准则以及准则 冲突时产生的会话含义。通过分析主要人物之间对话，作者得出以下结论：剧作家 利用违反合作原则的方式制造人物对话的会话含义，从而表现戏剧冲突和人物内心 活动。只有了解人物对话的会话含义，才能更清晰的理解人物形象，解读作品意义。
