l 一海交通大学博士学位论文 证券市场中的羊群行为研究 摘要 当今时代，金融市场日趋虚拟化、复杂化，“人”的心理因素和行为特征成为形 成金融市场的复杂特征的一个重要原因。在中国证券市场中，市场参与者之间相互模 仿，羊群行为成为市场中一种十分常见的行为。这种行为对于市场的效率、稳定性和 理性形成了巨大的影响。 近年来关于非理性投资行为和羊群行为的研究成为金融研究领域的一个新热点。 针对新兴市场的非理性投资行为突出而西方学者偏重研究理性羊群行为的研究现状， 本文以中国证券市场这个典型的发展中的新兴市场为主要研究对象，由部分到整体， 系统、多角度分析研究了证券市场中的羊群行为。研究内容涉及羊群行为的存在性、 羊群行为的理性、影响羊群行为形成的因素、羊群行为的特征以及羊群行为对市场的 影响等多个方面。论文的主要工作和结论如下： l 在分析了各种现有羊群行为的定义基础上，提出了本文对于羊群行为的定义； 探讨了真羊群行为、伪羊群行为、理性羊群行为和非理性羊群行为等几个概念的区别； 提出了一种新的羊群行为分类方法。 以中国证券投资基金为研究对象，对w e r m e r s ( 1 9 9 9 ) 和l a k o n i s h o k 等( 1 9 9 2 ) 的羊群行为测度方法进行了修正和扩展，研究了中国证券投资基金的羊群行为。研究 结果发现，我国证券投资基金在股票交易行为中存在着明显的羊群行为，且其程度远 远高于西方发达国家；基金对高增长型行业、价格低和规模小的股票表现出更加明显 的羊群行为，对市盈率和前期收益率不同的股票，基金的羊群行为也表现出一定的规 律。基金这种从众心理的投资行为至少从中短期来看并不能使得其收益增加，因此其 羊群行为很可能是一种真羊群行为。基金的羊群行为增加了股票价格的波动，对于市 场价格稳定性具有消极的影响。 以中国股评家这一独特群体为研究对象，研究了他们在预测大盘未来走势时的 羊群行为。首先建立了几组回归方程，研究了股评家对于大盘预测的准确程度和影响 股评家预测的各种因素。结果发现，股评家对大盘未来走势的预测从统计上而言是大 盘未来走势的一个反向指标。除了宏观经济面的基本因素可以提高股评家的预测质 量，其他各种因素都起着相反的作用，其中以股评家对于舆论的羊群行为的负面作用 中文摘要 最大。然后针对股评家对于舆论的羊群行为，构建了针对3 种不同形式舆论的羊群行 为指标。在证实了股评家对舆论有明显的羊群行的前提下，研究了外部市场因素对于 股评家的羊群行为的影响以及股评家羊群行为的理性特征。研究发现当历史收益率增 加、当市场中的乐观情绪高涨、当股评家的预测的一致程度增加时，股评家参与羊群 行为的动机增加。而且，当舆论被事后的收益率证明是错误时，羊群行为程度反而增 加，因此，股评家的羊群行为很可能是非理性行为。最后研究了股评家的个人特征对 于其羊群行为的影响。通过一定的参数假设和数值计算，我们发现现有的声誉羊群行 为模型存在一定的局限性。我们还对于声誉羊群行为进行了修正，修正后的模型与实 际市场的情况更加吻合。同时使用股评家对于大盘进行预测的数据，以舆论为股评家 所跟从的目标，对于股评家的能力和初始声誉这两个个人特征对模型进行了实证检 验。实证结果在很大程度上支持了声誉羊群行为模型。 针对目前中国证券市场机构投资者和个人投资者之间关系的现状和已有的羊 群行为理论模型的局限性，建立了一个l f 模式的领头羊和跟风羊模型。该模型假设 领头羊在信息上和资金上比跟风羊具有优势，通过参数假设和模型计算，研究了不同 市场环境中跟风行为对于市场价格稳定性的影响以及领头羊和跟风羊的相对收益。主 要结论有：羊群行为的存在使得资产价格的波动比资产价值本身的波动增加；在领头 羊的信号为无噪声时，领头羊的收益绝对大于跟风羊的收益；在领头羊的信号有噪声 情况下，领头羊的收益仍可能大于跟风羊的收益。随着领头羊数量的增加，领头羊和 跟风羊的相对收益之差变小。在某种特定参数条件下，领头羊的收益反而会小于跟风 羊的收益。该模型对于中国证券市场的现状具有相当强的解释能力。 从全市场的角度研究了各种市场参与者的羊群行为在资产价格中的最终反映。 首先从基于羊群行为的资产价格模型的角度建立了投资者的羊群行为和资产收益率 行为之间的关系。以该理论模型为基础，我们通过检验行业资产组合收益率之间的过 度的互动程度来检验市场中的羊群行为的存在性。在检验中，选择了5 个对于影响所 有资产价格的宏观经济因素进行控制，同时使用潜变量来刻画不可见的宏观经济因 素。结果指出，在影响所有资产组合价格变化的宏观经济因素( 包括可见的和不可见 的) 被控制之后，资产组合的收益率之间还是存在着相当高的相关度，这个结论证明 了实际情况与理性资产定价模型不吻合，从而支持了基于羊群行为的资产定价模型。 撮后，基于b h w ( 1 9 9 2 ) 的羊群行为模型，我们提出了基于分散度的实证检验方法， 并对于中国市场和美国市场的羊群行为的比较性实证研究，研究结果指出，中国市场 的羊群行为程度高于美国市场的羊群行为程度，并且在熊市中的羊群行为高于在牛市 中的羊群行为。 上海交通大学博士学位论文 总的来看，不论是表现为不同市场主体( 个人投资者、机构投资者和股评家) 的 行为，还是表现在整体层面上的资产收益率的行为，我国证券市场中都存在着深层次 的、广泛的真羊群行为。我们定量地说明了我国的羊群行为比西方比较成熟的资本市 场中的羊群行为程度要深，而且这种羊群行为一方面对于市场参与者的经济利益并没 有益处( 这一点在第三章的基金羊群行为和第四章股评家的羊群行为的研究中都得到 证明) ，另一方面对于市场的稳定性也有破坏影响。而这种于己于社会都没有益处的 投资方式和投资理念却如此盛行，这不得不引起人们的深思。 本文的主要创新点有： 1 利用理性判断方法来区分真羊群行为和伪羊群行为。 2 对于基金羊群行为测度方法进行了修正和扩展，并运用到中国市场中。 3 根据中国市场的具体情况建立了股评家行为模型和股评家羊群行为模型，并 使用股评家对于大盘的预测数据进行了实证检验。 4 建立了一个领头羊和跟风羊缝塑夔型! 通过参数假设和模型计算，研究了不 同市场环境中跟风行为对于市场价格稳定性的影响以及领头羊和跟风羊的相 对收益。 5
