塑! 竺! ! 竺! ! 坚坚坚些竺! ! 竺! 竺! ! 竺! 竺! 摘要 随着中国逐步融入国际化进程，跨国交流日益增多，大量培养具有英语应用能力的人才 已成为中国t e s o l 教学的首要任务。重语法、重考试、轻实践的传统教学已不能顺应时代的 要求，在职t e s o l 教师面临着一场大变革，正向注重自省的教师专业化方向发展。 专业化的核心理念之一是反思教学。中国的部分学校秉承这一理念，反思教学活动已成 风气，教师被鼓励在教学手记中记述实习和教学中遇到的问题及其他们思考和解决问题的方法 和过程，很多教师为此受益匪浅。但据作者观察，这类已经开展的反思教学因大多“偏重于个 人过于主观的事实叙述”。而缺乏具有科学考察依据的定量研究，显得反省居多，理性偏少。 教师们参与反思的形式以个体为主，而集思广益的师师合作、师校、师生交流的合作反思被普 遍忽视。因此，对合作型反思教学的探究有待更深一步的探讨 本文首先综述了t e s o l 教师进修理论文献，探讨了其发展和变革、国内外的研究现状、 存在问题和在中国的发展意义，并以此为基础，探究了t e s o l 教师专业化中的核心理念反 思性教学及其理论背景。简言之，教师反思指教师对教学的内省：合作反思则指合作中的反思 活动，合作平台涉及甚广，师师间、师生间、师校间，甚至跨学科之间的教师都可以进行合作 反思。个体反思是对教师价值的自我超越，是解放思想。调整、改变僵化的教学方法的有效手 段；合作反思则是对个体反思的集思广益，对促进教师专业化有着不容忽视的作用。在实证研 究部分，作者就自己所处的t e s o l 课堂中师生间、师师问和师校间应如何就英语教学的各个 方面加强交流、合作、监督与反馈，切实提高课堂效率展开了细致的讨论。借鉴e b b y , e d w a r d - b r o w n t 和l a b o s k y 分别提出的三种反思型教学模型，本研究在已有的定性行动研究中 加入定量研究方法，旨在更精准地探索和记录教师行为，探讨一种符合中国t e s o l 教学情景 的合作型反思教学模式。 探索该模式的实证研究在南京某英语培训中心6 个团训平行班的6 位背景不同的老师中 展开的。实验为期9 个月，采用英语小班教学，每班平均1 6 人。调查分为3 个阶段。第一阶 段，即团训的前3 个月为试探性调查，其闻教师不进行任何合作反思活动。第二阶段，教师只 进行个人反思教学活动。第三阶段，进行合作性反思教学方式的模式探索。整个模式依循行动 研究的流程“计划、行动、观察、反思”展开。笔者以参与教师的身份与其他5 个同事交流， 观察并记录了教师们在每个阶段的学习、反思的教学探索及其思想历程。以求证下列假设：1 相比普通教学和个体反思教学。合作型反思教学模式更具优势。2 适度使用该模型可以加强师、 生、校三方合作交流，提商教师客观地进行自我评价的能力，改变教师信念。 在验证了假设并证明该模式切实、可行的基础上，作者同时发现：教学回顾，作为非严 格意义的一种教学反思，在教学中普遍存在；反思的理论知识虽然可以通过“学习型组织”系 统习得，但真正应用知识进行反思则需要教师大量的知识积累和实践；真实的教师反思活动又 是极其复杂的思想过程：教师在反思过程中会经历不同程度的不认可和焦虑。反思教学活动不 能形而上学，教师们首先要从自身出发，端正教学态度，培养积极内省、自我超越的教学意识； 其次，有效的合作并不是自然而然产生的，它最初需要学校通过相应的组织机构来加强引导和 管理，以不断增强教师合作意识，形成合作规范。学校、院系要应用管理学科的有关知识，建 6 盘u d i e s o n i n - s e r v i c e t e s o l t e a c h e r - c o l l a b o r s w e 坠!
