（外国语言学及应用语言学专业论文）认知语用视角下的隐意研究.pdf

摘要 基于“所说内容与隐含意义之间没有明确的界线，而是存在着大量的中间 地带”这一概念，本文从认知语用学的角度对位于所说内容与隐含意义的中间地 带隐意进行探究。在总结不同的语言学家对所说内容、隐含意义、明意及含 意等不同层次的意义研究之后，提出了隐意与其它意义之间的差异。隐意这一概 念最早是由b a c h 于1 9 9 4 年创造，它也被称为扩展意义。他指出隐意的产生是听 话者通过补充和扩充的方式构建出的命题，其内容比说话者明确地陈述出来的话 语更丰富。隐意不同于隐含意义主要体现在它是建立在所说内容之上，需要听话 者根据相关的语境及百科知识推导出来，而隐含意义是属于所说内容之外的补充 的命题。换言之，隐含意义会在内容上与所说内容出现不相一致的情况，说话者 所说内容与本想表达的意思不同。然而隐意则恰恰相反，它是建立在所说内容的 基础之上，是对所说内容的补充。通过回顾相关的理论之后，本文对隐意的识解 从认知的角度做了详细的阐述，认为格式塔理论能为隐意的识解提供一些认知基 础。为了避免歧义和误解的产生，听话人可以通过架桥推理将原本不完整的话语 补充完整或是得出扩展后的隐意。架桥推理中的架桥假设是推导出隐意的关键所 在。j 下因为架桥假设才能使听话者在话语中建立联系，推导出话语中的缺损信息， 并获得隐意。最后，本文在关联理论的框架下，对隐意的产生与识解做出了解释。 话语中之所以会存在隐意，正是因为说话者遵循了省力原则，他们会尽量节省表 达，并期望听话人尽可能充分地理解。听话人与说话人之间的互明为听话人推导 出隐意提供了一定的认知基础。此外，语境在某种程度上会影响隐意识解。不同 的语境会导致隐意发生明显变化，听话者要根据语境选择与之最为关联的隐意，
