摘要 摘要 随着全球化进程的加快，跨文化交际已越来越成为当今世界的重要活动 之一，但是，由于交际者可能是来自不同文化的人士，他们不了解异族文化 的特点，各自遵循的信念，价值观，世界观等也不尽相同，经常会在跨文化 交际中出现多种语用失误，影响跨文化交际的成功进行。所以，对跨文化交 际失误的研究已成为当代语用学研究中的一个具有重要理论意义和实用价值 的课题。本论文主要针对跨文化交际中的语用失误问题进行研究，采用对比 分析的方法就此问题作多方位、多层次的分析和探索，系统地阐述跨文化交 际中的一些言语行为和非言语行为的失误现象以及避免这些现象的一些方法 和建议。在跨文化交际中，由于价值观念、风俗习惯、思维模式和交际方式 等方面的差异，语用失误几乎不可避免。大量地与目的语文化接触可以增强 交际者对目的语文化的了解，培养其文化差异意识，从而有效地减少语用失 误的发生。为了促进交流，交际者还要避免文化定势和民族中心主义的负面 影响。与此同时，移情等技巧的运用对于语用失误的减少以及跨文化交际的 成功也必不可少。本论文的研究还把日常交际的行为拓展到外事、旅游、文 化交流等方面，不断扩大语料采集的范围，结合典型事例的分析和语用学理
