If not ordered explicitly with thread, the stem nut is unbored or withpilot（导向器）bore when delivered. 对于A类型输出力矩（如图B所示），螺丝必须与阀杆的螺纹相匹配。如果不是规则的外形清晰的螺纹，那么当力矩进行传递时，主螺杆不能打孔或没有导向孔。Finish machining of stem nut see page 6.（主螺杆的机械加工请看第6页）Check whether bore （钻）and keyway（键槽）match the input shaft of valve/gearbox.检查钻孔和键槽是否与阀门/ 齿轮箱的输入轴相匹配。Thoroughly degrease mounting faces at multi-turn actuator and valve/gearbox.将经过完全脱脂的衬垫垫在万向驱动装置和阀门/ 齿轮箱的面上。Apply a small quantity of grease to input shaft of valve/gearbox.涂少量润滑油到阀门/ 齿轮箱的输入轴承。 Place actuator on valve/gearbox and fasten. Fasten bolts (at least quality 8.8 refer to table 1) evenly crosswise。将执行器安放在阀门/ 齿轮箱上并固定。交叉平衡地紧固螺栓(所选8. 8型螺丝请参考表格1)。 Table 1 表格18.8TA (NM)M 825M1050M1287M16220M20420M301 500M362 500Finish machining（加工）of stem nut (output drive type A:) 主螺钉帽的机械加工制造（输出类型为A）。 Figure B（图B所示）(图省略) Output drive type A stem nut A类输出驱动的主螺钉帽如图所示。The output drive flange（轮缘）， does not have to be removed form he actuator.输出驱动轴的轮缘不能从执行器上移走。Remove spigot (衬套)ring (环状)(80.2,figure B)with the help of a wrench(扳手) or similar tool from the mounting (固定件)flange. 借助扳手或者类似的工具从固定件轮缘将衬套环取下。(80.2，如图B所示)。Take off stem nut (80.3)together with thrust bearing (80.01)and thrustbearing races (80.02). 连同推力轴承(80.01)和轴承轴承套（座圈）一起将主螺母(80.02)取下。Remove thrust bearing and thrust bearing races from stem nut.从主螺母上取下推力轴承以及推力轴承套（座圈）。Drill and bore stem nut and cut thread.钻孔并且车螺纹。 When fixing in the chuck, make sure stem nut runs true!当固定在（机床的）卡盘上，以确保主螺母在车丝过程中不走样。Clean the machined stem nut.使机械加工的主螺母没有毛刺。Apply ball bearing grease用油润滑，给上润滑油to thrust bearing and races, then place them on stem nut.将滚珠轴承润滑油涂到推力轴承以及推力轴承套上，然后将它们装到主螺母上。Re-insert stem nut with thrust bearings into the mounting flange. Ensure that dogs are placed correctly in the slots of the hollow shaft.来回将带推力轴承的主螺母插入固定件轮缘。确保此机械件能正确放置到空心轴的键槽中。Screw in spigot ring until it is firm against the shoulder.拧这个衬套拧到紧固为止。Press a few squirts of grease into the grease nipple with a grease gun. 用滑油枪挤一些润滑油到滑油嘴。 Protection tube for rising valve stem 升降阀杆的保护套管。Protection tubes may be supplied loose. Wrap thread with hemp or Teflon tape.保护套管应该能活动自如。用纤维或塑料带缠在螺丝上。Screw protection tube into thread and tighten it firmly.沿螺丝拧保护套管，直到完全拧紧为止。For corrosion protection KS/KX. Push down the seal to the housing.KS/KX的抗腐蚀保护。将密封物质注到轴承座。Touch up possible defects in painting.在可能与缺陷有关的地方上油漆。Check whether cap is available and without damage.确认盖是否可用并且没有损坏。5.Manual operation 5.手动操作Manual operation should only be engaged when motor is not running. Switching over while motor is running may lead to damage at multi-turn actuator(figure C)!只有在电动机停止转动的时候才使用手动操作。在电动机运行时切换手动操作会造成万向驱动装置受损。（图C）Lift change-over lever in the center of the handwheel up to max. 85, while slightly turning the handwheel back and forth until manual drive engages(figure D).抬起位于手轮中心的调节杆至最大角度（85），然后前后轻微调节（摇摆）手轮直到进入手动运行状态。（图D）Manual force is sufficient for operating the change-over lever. The use of an extension is neither necessary nor permitted. Excessive force may damage the change-over mechanism.注意：人力已足够操作调节杆，而过大的力量会导致调节装置的损坏，因此没有必要也不允许使用过大的力量。Release change-over lever(should snap back into initial position by spring action). If change-over lever does not snap back, assist with hand to assure that the lever comes to the initial position(figure E).松掉调节杆（其弹簧装置会使调节杆自动恢复初始位置），如调节杆未能弹回请用手将其推至初始位置。（图E）Manual operation remains engaged until motor is started again. Then motor operation is engaged automatically.当电动机再次运行时，将自动解除手动操作状态，恢复自动运行状态运行。Turn handwheel into desired direction(figure F).手轮旋转方向（图F）。Only operate manually when change-over lever is in its initial position!注意：只有调节杆位于初始位置时才能进行手动操作。Manual operation is automatically disengaged when motor is started.电动机运行时手动操作自动停止。6. Electrical connection6. 电路联接Work on the electrical system or equipment must only be carried out by a skilled electrician himself or by specially instructed personnel under the control and supervision of such an electrician and in accordance with the applicable electrical engineering rules.在电气系统或设备上工作时，必须参照相应的电气操作规程在熟练的电工或受过专业训练的工作人员的指导和监督下完成操作。To protect the valve, the delay time, i.e. the time from limit or torque switch tripping until the motor is switched off, must not exceed 50 ms. We recommend to switch off the corresponding contactor directly by the limit or torque switch.为保护阀门，当碰触到限位开关或扭矩开关后延迟时间不超过50ms电动机跳闸,我们提供直接通过限位开关或扭矩开关切断相应的接触器。For multi-turn actuators AUMA NORM electrical controls with reversing contactors must be installed.对于万向驱动装置（multi-turn actuator），必须安装带有正反转接触器的 AUMA NORM 的电气控制装置。For actuators up to size SA(R)16.1, the electrical connection is made at a plug/socket connector with screw type connections as standard. For actuators SA(R)25.1 and larger, the motor connection is on terminals, the control connection is on plug/socket.SA（R）16.1以前型号的驱动装置，电路联接采用标准型螺旋式插接件。SA（R）25.1以后型号的驱动装置，电动机采用终端式连接，控制线路采用插接件连接。Check whether type of current, supply voltage and frequency correspond to motor data(refer to name plate at motor).核对供电类型、电压和频率是否符合电动机的参数（参照电动机铭牌）。Remove plug cover(AUMA plug/socket connector)(figure G2).移除插头盖（AUMA插接件）（图G2）。Loosen screws and remove sockets carrier from plug cover.松开螺丝并且从插头盖上取下插座底座。Insert cable glands suitable for connecting cables.将连接电缆从合适的电缆密封管穿入。Enclosure protection IP67 or IP68 is only ensured if suitable cable glands are used.只有使用适合的电缆密封管，才能确保马达防护等级达到IP67或IP68。Seal cable entries which are not used with suitable plugs.密封没有使用合适插头的电缆接口。6.1 Terminal plan6.1 终端（端子）设计图Connect cables according to order related terminal plan KMS TP. 参照相关KMS TP终端（端子）设计图的顺序联接电缆。The terminal plan applicable to the actuator is attached to the handwheel in a weather-proof bag, together with the operation instructions. In case the terminal plan is not available, it can be obtained from AUMA(state commission no., refer to name plate).终端（端子）设计图适用于手轮带有防护套的驱动装置，并附带运行说明书。万一终端设计图无法使用，可以从AUMA获得（联系代理商号码请参照铭牌）。Cross sections:Control cables: max. 2.5 mm2.Motor connection SA07.1-SA16.1: max. 6 mm2.Motor connection SA25.1-SA48.1: 16 mm2 to 70 mm2 according to power rating横截面积：控制电缆：最大2.5mm2（平方毫米），电动机联接线路 SA07.1-SA16.1：最大6mm2，电动机联接线路 SA25.1-SA48.1：依照额定功率 16mm2 到 70mm2。Connect heater to prevent condensation.联接加热器以防冷凝水凝结。Connect thermoswitches. Complete motor protection is only assured if the thermoswitches are connected correctly. Our warranty for the motor will lapse if the thermoswitches are not connected.联接热继电器。只有当热继电器联接正确时才能保证电动机保护功能的完善，如果不联接热继电器，我们提供的电动机保护功能将失去效用。For the connection of position transmitters(potentiometer, RWG) screened cables must be used.联接位置变送器（电位器，RWG），必须使用屏蔽导线。6.2 Type of seating 6.2 插座类型The valve manufacturer specifies, whether switching off in the end positions should be by limit switch(limit seating) or torque switch(torque seating).要确保阀门真正关到位必须采用阀门制造商所指定的限位开关（限位插座）或扭矩开关（扭矩插座）。6.3 Controls AUMA MATIC/AUMA MATIC MC6.3 控制装置 AUMA MATIC/AUMA MATIC MCIn case the required reversing contactors are not to be installed in the control cabinet, for actuator size SA(R)07.1-SA(R)16.1, the integral controls AUMA MATIC or AUMA MATIC MC can be easily mounted to the actuator at a later date.对于型号SA（R）07.1-SA（R）16.1 的驱动装置，如在控制柜中未安装必需的正反转接触器（reversing contactor）， 稍后AUMA MATIC 或 AUMA MATIC MC的积分控制器能够很容易安装。For enquiries and more information please state our commission no.(refer to actuator name plate).需要更多信息或咨询，请拨打我们的代理商号码（参照驱动装置铭牌）。6.4 Microswitches6.4 微调开关（Microswitch）Only the same potential can be switched on the two circuits of each switch(limit and torque switches). If different potentials are to be switched simultaneously, tandem switches are required.每一个开关的两个电路必须接在相同的电压下，如果需要同时接通不同的电压，就必需安装中间继电器。Versions with gold-plated microswitches (option) may only be loaded with low voltage (50 V DC/400mA).金属镀膜微调开关（选配）仅允许在低电压下使用（50 V DC/400 mA）。For correct signalisation, the leading contacts must be connected at the tandem switch.主电路必须联接适当的中间继电器，以获得正确的信号。Use the lagging contacts for switching off.用延迟接触器切断电路。6.5 Fitting of plug cover 6.5 插头盖（plug cover）的装配Insert socket carrier into plug cover and fasten (figure G2).将插座底座（socket carrier）插入到插头盖，扣紧（图G2）。Clean sealing faces at plug cover and check whether O-ring is o.k. Apply a thin film of non-acidic grease (e.g. Vaseline) to the sealing faces.清理插头盖的密封面，检查O型密封圈（O-ring密封圈型号）是否完好，在密封面上涂上一层非酸性油脂（non-acidic grease）（例如 凡士林 Vaseline）薄膜。Replace cover and fasten 4 bolts evenly crosswise.将插头盖放回原处，并用力均匀地拧紧四角的螺钉。Fasten cable glands firmly to ensure enclosure protection IP67 or IP68.牢固可靠地扣紧电缆密封管（cable gland），以确保马达防护等级（enclosure protection）达到 IP67 或 IP68。7. Setting of the limit switching7. 限位开关设置The following instructions are only valid for clockwise closing, i.e. driven shaft turns clockwise to close the valve.以下指导说明仅适用于“顺时钟方向关（clockwise closing）”，也就是轴杆顺时转动关闭阀门。Engage manual operation as described under clause
