内容摘要 随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，服务外包作为国际产业转移的新形式， 全球经济竞争的重点正从货物贸易转向服务贸易。扩大服务外包规模、改善服 务外包结构、参与国际分工和提高本国竞争力是每个国家在全球服务外包大发 展的背景下努力的方向。中国，作为世界上经济增长速度最快的国家之一，正 在吸引着越来越多的跨国服务外包业务。服务外包贸易在中国的快速发展也吸 引了国家和地方的相关部门和专业人士的关注。 服务外包作为一种新的贸易形式，目前的理论研究并不多，更多的是实践 经验。通常，服务外包被跨国企业作为降低成本、提高核心竞争力的一种方式， 而对于服务外包的承接国来说，服务外包可以提高就业率，并促进本国经济的 发展。 本文第一章回顾了服务外包贸易的发展历史，将其发展分为信息技术外包 和业务流程外包两个阶段，并给出了服务外包的明确定义，同时，按照不同的 分类依据，将服务外进行了分类。 第二章对服务外包贸易自身的特点进行了分析。通过分析发现，对于发达 国家、发展中国家和最不发达国家，服务外包有着不同的影响。第三章着重分 析了以跨国公司为主体进行的服务外包贸易。出于经济和社会两方面因素的考 虑，现阶段的国际服务外包主要是以跨国公司为主体展开的。本文将对外直接 投资和服务外包进行了对比分析，并提出了几点影响服务外包成功的重要因素。 为了更进一步了解在现实的商业世界中服务外包的发展状况，本文的第四章对 国际服务外包业的成功案例进行了分析和总结，这些案例涵盖了早期的信息技 术外包和目前非常流行的业务流程外包，涉及了信息技术、金融、人力资源、 供应链管理和客户服务等领域。 在本文的最后两章中，首先对中国的服务外包现状进行分析，包括中国在 发展服务外包方面所具有的优势和劣势。同时，还引入了中国与作为世界上较
