两北：t ：业大学博十学位论文 基于约束理论的产品组合优化决策研究 摘要：论文从企业生产实际中抽取了t o c 产品组合优化问题作为研究对象，对 其数学建模、模型分析、算法构建、优化仿真、系统构建、组件实现和系统开发 等关键技术进行了较深入的研究和探索，本文主要的研究内容和成果如下： 1 t 0 c 产品组合优化问题的数学建模与模型分析 论文根据不同优化模式( 自制、外包、工序外协) 、不同优化策略( 独立优化、 集成优化) 等条件，构建了不同情形下1 d c 产品组合优化模型( 共8 类) ，以便t o c 运作指标、设备利用率、市场需求满意度等目标最优。考虑到产能受限资源( c c r ) 约束规模对模型的影响，论文通过对瓶颈和非瓶颈的定义和归类，将混杂在约束 中的第一类、第二类非瓶颈约束剔除，以简化t o c 产品组合优化模型，降低问 题求解的复杂度。另外，透过对模型的分析、证明，为算法构建和生产实际决策 提供了理论支撑。 2 t o c 产品组合优化算法构建与仿真实现 考虑到传统t o c 启发( t o c h ) 法无法充分利用各瓶颈能力而存在非优解或 不可行解，以及无法在合理时间内产生大规模产品组合的优化解而存在求解失效 等问题，论文构建了基于队和t 0 c 的系列优化算法( i a -
