摘要 韩礼德建构系统功能语法的目的是为语篇分析提供一个理论框架，这个框 架可用来分析英语中的任何口头语篇或书面语篇。本文作者认为广播英语新闻 是一种重要的大众传媒文体，对其文体特征的研究有重要意义和价值。 本文旨在运用系统功能语法理论，对广播英语新闻进行分析，揭示其文体 特征。为了充分准确地认识该种新闻的文体特征，本文作者首先根据语场的不 同将广播英语新闻划分为不同的次语体。然后针对其中重要的两种次语体一经 济新闻和政治新闻选取典型语篇，依据韩礼德系统功能语法理论对选取的广播 英语新闻实例从人际功能、经验功能、语篇功能三大纯理功能角度进行了系统 的分析，从而归纳出以功能文体学为视角的广播英语新闻的文体特征。 广播英语新闻使用频率最高的时态，在六大时态中，当属一般现在时态。 从语气和情态的分布特点来看，广播英语新闻具有客观中立的特性。在六大过 程中，物质过程出现频率最高，这表明广播英语新闻的语场主要是针对世界客 观事物的报道，是世界所发生事件的客观体现。广播英语新闻报道很少使用被 动语态，这与广播英语新闻的语式密不可分，广播新闻通过声音进行传播，从 而具有口语的特征，而口语的一个特点就是很少使用被动语态，毕竟被动语态 的使用在口语上给人一种矫揉造作，晦涩难懂之感。广播英语新闻的主位往往 为非标记性主位，非标记性主位贴切自然、易于理解，广播英语新闻的主位推 进模式有三种，即永恒性主位推进模式、线性主位推进模式和永恒性述位模式， 其中应用最多的当属永恒主位模式，这种模式最简洁、最易理解、最适用于实 现广播英语新闻传递信息的主要目的。 i v 希望本研究有助于广播新闻英语爱好者、新闻撰稿人和学者了解广播英语
