摘要 摘要 在听、说、读、写四种重要的交际行为中，说，一直被人们所忽视。口语教学与测试 一直是大学英语教学的薄弱环节。自从我国实行改革开放以来，我国政府已经把精通交 际英语作为成功贯彻改革开放政策的基本要素之一。然而传统英语教学无法迎合社会发 展的要求，因为许多大学毕业生无法用英语与外国人成功地交流。这一点要归因于传统 英语教学的种种弊端：学生与以英语为母语的人交流的机会很少：大班教学减少了学生 与老师之间的互动，老师无法认真指导每个学生的1 ：3 语练习；教学时间短，学生没有足 够的时删练习；缺少谋前导入和，山理准备活动；缺少背景文化的教学；缺少培养学生创 造思维的活动：传统口语教学更偏向于老师讲，学生听；交际策略在1 3 语课上从未提 及。当学生在用英语交际过程中遇到困难时无法成功的将交流进行下去等等。 中国政府对毕业生英语交际能力的不足表现出极大的关切，并提出中国英语学习者 应以交际为目的进行英语学习。因此，对于英语教师来说发掘提高学生英语口语水平的 行之有效的方法是非常必要的。英语教师应该帮助学生提高口语交际能力，使学生能根 据不同环境进行有效的语言输出，而不只是仅仅掌握了语言的形式。 测试和教学对于有效提高学生的交际能力是密不可分的两个要素。测试除了可以评 估学生的成绩以外，还可以促进学生积极学习，好的测试可以产生良好的后效应，指导 教学。教学是学习的过程，测试是教学的结果。同样教学也会促进测试的发展。基于 “交际能力”理论，本文对现行大学英语四、六级口语考试迸行了全方面的定性分析， 并提 h 了不足之处。为了更好地测试出学生实际的交际能力，促进口语教学的改革与发 展，本文设计了一个新的交际性口语测试模式，并没计了一个与之相匹配的口语教学模 式一一互动式口语教学。这一教学模式将听、读、写与说互动起来，采用新的教学材 料、教学手段刹过程营造贴近现实的语言环境，激发学生的主观能动性和内在动机，使 学生能有目的、创造性地运用英语表达自己的思想感情，正确处理交际过程中遇到的困 难，最终获得和提高自身的交际能力。 本文共包括五部分，包括引言和结论部分。 第二部分是本文的理论背景部分。详细探讨了交际性口语测试与互动式1 2 1 语教学所 基于的理论框架由h y m e s ( 1 9 7 2 ) c a n a l e 和s w a i n ( 1 9 8 0 ) 以及b a c h m a n ( 1 9 9 0 ) 等人提出并不断完善的“交际能力”理论。 第三、四章是文章的主体部分。第三部分首先介绍了c e t - s e t ( 大学英语口语测 试) 的背景、总体安排、内容以及评定。之后，又从话题范围、考官与考生人数比率、 东北林业大学硕士学位论文 考试安排、互动模式分析以及记分安排等七个方面详尽分析了c e t - s e t 。然后，通过对 埘卷调查的分析，收集了考生对c e t - s e t 的看法。最后，提出了新的c e t - s e t 模式。 第四部分首先分析了影响学生交际性发展的重要因素。然后提出了互动式1 3 语教学 模式，并从教学目的、教学材料、教学手段、教学过程，学生和老师等六个方面对新教 学方法进行论述和说明。最后通过对两个实验对照班的评估，验证了这一新的教学模式
