a b s t r a c t 摘要 近年来，随着无线通信的不断发展，手机在普通消费者中迅速普及，人们对数 据业务的需求增加使得未来移动通信系统需要具有更高的数据速率。传统的用于增 加无线通信容量的资源主要是无线带宽和传输功率，但两者都十分有限，并不能随 着人们对无线通信需求的增加而增加。 无线信道由于其恶劣性，被认为是实现高速无线通信的瓶颈所在。多载波传输 技术特别是o f d m 技术由于具有良好的抗i s i 能力，以及低成本和低复杂度特性，被 广泛用于当前以及下一代无线通信系统中，并被众多标准( d a b ，d v b ，8 0 2 1la g ， h i p e r l a n 2 ，l t e ，w i m a x ，u m b ，以及8 0 2 1 l n ，8 0 2 2 0 等) 所接纳。 从工程的角度来看，为保证更好的服务质量( 如b e r ，比特速率等) ，支持更 高的移动性，提供更多的多媒体业务，并同时考虑到频谱资源的稀缺性，最好的解 决方案只能是选取好的调制和多址方式，合理配置网络，并有效进行无线资源管 理。这也正是本文研究的目的所在。 基站进行资源分配的可以将有限的资源如功率和频带等合殚地分配给用户，以 满足用户的业务需求。目前已证明，根据用户的信道条件和业务需求自适应调整予 载波，比特，功率分配可显著提高系统的频谱效率，对于当前以及未来要求有更高 传输速率的无线通信系统均具有重要意义。 本文考虑在满足用户速率要求下进行自适应予载波和比特分配。考虑到算法复 杂度是实际能否实现的关键所在，等功率分配在自适应比特的情况下与注水功率分 配相比性能很接近，而复杂度大大降低，因此本文主要根据用户信道条件和业务需
