摘要 语用学是一门新兴学科，主要研究话语怎样在情景中获得意义。语用失误属于 语舄学范畴，指人们在实际的言语交流中因说话不合时宣的失误或者因谎话方式不 妥、表达不台习惯等导致交际不能取得预期效果的失误。本文中的跨文化语用失误 主要指学生在用英语进行交际时出现的失误。 在语用学界，对语用失误的研究已引起了国内外语言学家的关注。语言学家们 对语用失误的研究成果逐渐加深了人们对语用失误的认识。在中国，对语用失误的 系统性研究还不多，并且研究者们主要从跨文化交际的角度和从二语习得的角度来 进行研究，而从英语教学的角度进行研究的尚不多见。 本文分析了高职高专学生语甩失误的原因和教师在英语教学中培养学生语用 能力的不足之处，其目的在于试图找到能帮助学生减少和避免语用失误的策略。作 者认为本研究对培养学生语用能力，改进高职高专英语教学具有一定的实际意义。 在分析语用失误的过程中，作者应用了j e n n y t h o m a s 对语用失误归类的理论 并采用了k a s p e r 和b l u m k u l k a 提出的语用失误研究方法。本文作者主要采用问卷 调查的方法来收集数据，制作了阍卷和闻卷二并对1 7 8 名离职矗专学生进行了谓 查，收回有效问卷一1 4 6 份和问卷二1 3 9 份。问卷一的调查结果表明学生语用失误 的主要原因有以下几方面：1 学生在语言知识的学习中对语言得体性知识了解不 够：2 学生缺乏文化差异的意识和跨文化交际的知识：3 学生还缺少语用学中与 语言交际相关的一些理论知识。问卷= 的调查结果表明，造成学生语用失误的原因 从教学角度分析主要还表现在如下三方面：i ，教师在教单词、短语、句子和语法时 很少讲授其语用的恰当性。2 教师对英语国家文化知识的传授不够重视，且教学方 n ， 法不够恰当。3 教师没有把一些有关语言交际的语用学理论知识教授给学生。总之， 作者认为学生语用失误的主要原因是英语教学没有重视学生语用能力的培养。 针对上述教学中存在的阏题，作者对高职离专英语教学提出如下建议：l 教师 在讲授语言知识时应增加语用恰当性的内客：2 教师要重视培养学生文化差异的意 识改进传授英语国家文化知识的方法；3
