（外国语言文学专业论文）概念隐喻在高中英语词汇教学中的应用.pdf

摘要 隐喻在日常生活中是无处不在的，不仅存在我们的语言中，而且存在于我们 的思想和行为中。近年来，关于隐喻理论在国内外的研究中，许多语言学家已经 发现语言与隐喻之间的紧密联系，而且一些语言学家已经尝试把概念隐喻理论运 用到大学英语词汇教学中。本文作者根据自己的教学经验发现，在高中教科书中， 隐喻词汇与隐喻表达也是无处不在的，但是在中国，关于概念隐喻理论与高中英 语词汇教学的研究可谓是凤毛麟角。因此，本文作者提出大胆假设，把概念隐喻 理论运用到高中英语词汇教学中能够提高高中生词汇学习效率。正因为作者发现 隐喻在高中课本中也是无处不在的，因此这个问题值得深入研究探讨。 首先，本文简要地介绍了隐喻与概念隐喻理论在国内外的发展与研究，这些 阐述都为本文之后的概念隐喻在高中英语词汇教学运用中的可行性与必要性做 了良好的铺垫。 其次，为了证明把概念隐喻理论为指导运用在高中英语词汇教学中对高中生 词汇学习效果的提高，作者通过调查问卷和测试的方式做了以下试验。试验对象 是来自长春市育文私利高中一年级的六十五名学生，这六十五名学生被分为e c 组与r m 组。首先，作者在测试之前做了一次调查问卷。随后，为了了解高中学 生的隐喻能力进行了测试一。随后的测试二是要了解这六十五名学生的单词平均 水平。在测试二完成后，两个班级由同一名老师采用不同的教学方法教授单词， 在e c 组中逐步引入并运用概念隐喻理论，而在r m 组中仍然采用传统教学方法。 最后进行第三次测，并对测试结果采用s p s s1 3 0 软件进行分析，最后得出结论 如下： 第一，高中学生具备理解隐喻的能力j 也就是上文提到的隐喻能力。第二， 英语教师对隐喻例子详细解说并把概念隐喻逐步运用到高中英语词汇教学中能 帮助高中生词汇记忆效率的提高。最后，由统计学软件s p s s1 3 0 分析得出测验 三的最终结果表明，e c 组的平均分数( 2 0 0 3 ) 要明显高于r m 组的平均分数 ( 1 6 8 7 ) 而且p 值显示为0 0 4 略低于标准参照值o 0 5 ( 在统计学中，p 值越小 就证明结果越真实越准确。) 最终数据结果分析表明，e c 组在测验三中表现明显 好于r m 组。并得出结论：概念隐喻运用到英语词汇教学中对高中生词汇学习成 绩的提高是行之有效的方法。 然而本文的研究具有一定的局限性，主要表现在抽样的有限性。其次并非所 有英语单词都可以通过运用概念隐喻进行词汇教学。而且对于教师来说把概念隐 喻直接讲给高中生有一定的困难。最后，本文也提出对之后研究的一些建议，第 一要尽可能多的增加试验对象来保证试验数据的可靠性。其次，本文忽略了英语 i i i
