What did you have this morning ?Step 2 Morning , afternoon , evevning Open the student book to part1 , page 40 . Talk about what they see in the pictures . Find out what the students can tell you about what is happening in panel 1. Jenny is waking up . Her father is talking with her . What time is it on the clock on the wall ? Point to the word morning and say it twice . Ask the students to repeat after me .Look at penel 2 and repeat the process. What ndo the students know from the picture ? Its Jenny Where is she doing ? Who is with her ? What time is it ? Point to the word and say afternoon twice . Ask the students to repeat after me .Look at panel 3 Who is in the picture ? What is Jenny wearing ? Is she wearing the same thing as in panel 1 ? What is different ? What time is it ? Point to the word evening and say it twice . Ask the students to repeat after me .Step 3 Three meals Play the tape for Part 2 as you follow along . Look at the pictures and talk about them . What time is it in the first panel ? Get the students to see that it is morning . What does Li Ming do in the morning What is he eating ? Tell the students he is eating his breakfast . Write the word on the board and say it twice . Repeat for the next two panels .Step 4 Practice Show the clock to them . Point to and ask morning , afternoon ,or evening ? Listen and repeat . Say one by one . Spell them quickly . Ask them to write the words breakfast , lunch , dinner .Step 5 Lets sing Part 3 , teach the words for this song . Play the song and ask the students to move around the room as it plays. Check for understand Spend a few minutes talking about what the student have learned today .
