，ir 一 摘要 间接回指是回指研究的一个重要方面，但与直接回指相比，对间接回指的研究仍 嫌不足。在间接回指中，回指项与先行项并非处于同指关系，这为受话人正确推理到 先行项增加了一定困难。国内外语言学家已从句法，语用学和认知学的角度对回指释 义展开了研究，但从中我们仍然不能找到对间接回指释义的合理全面解释。间接回指 最显著的特征就是其有定性。本文专门探讨有定间接回指问题，旨在提出一个针对英 语新闻文本有定间接回指的释义模式。 本文以实际语料为基础，以王军( 2 0 0 4 ) 对英语叙事文体中间接回指定量统计结 果为参照，对英语新闻文本中的间接回指现象进行综合分析。 通过对比分析，发现：有定间接回指在叙事文体和新闻文本中有不同的表现形式。 有鉴于此，作者依据框架理论，语义网络激活扩散理论和关联理论，提出了一个针对 新闻文本的认知释义新模式，并附以实例验证。该模式的基本思想是：英语标题所形 成的框架在英语新闻文本中的有定间接回指的释义中起着不可缺少的重要作用，这区 分于其他文体。若间接回指项与该新闻报告的主题有联系，读者对该新闻主题的了解 程度或多或少的影响着该有定间接回指在文中的释义；在其他情况下，语言内语境而 非物理语境会有助于先行项的选择。 关键词：有定间接回指；认知分析；新闻文本 i l l ri l
