北京交 通 大学硕 士 论文摘要 摘要 研究者指出人醒着的7 0 的时间是用于交际的。在人们生活中，不管做什么， 都会与异性进行交流，诸如父母、兄弟姐妹、同学朋友、上司下属等等。因此， 交际中出现的性别文化差异随处可见。其实，不同的性别有着自身不同的性别文 化，男性和女性按照各自的性别文化规则来规范自己的交际行为。 跨性别交际是跨文化交际的一种形式，是跨文化交际中一种亚文化间人们所 进行的面对面的交流。在男性和女性交际的过程中，不同的性别角色促使男性和 女性获得各自的角色行为，成为不同性别文化的成员。这势必为跨性别交际带来 困难，产生矛盾、困惑，甚至导致交际失误或失败。本文尝试找出成功跨性别交 际中的影响因素：男性和女性有不同的性别理解模式一解决问题对得到同情，个 人独立对亲密关系，建议对理解，信息对感受，命令对提议，冲突对妥协，特别
