摘要 中国白改革开放和入世以来，经济发展迅速，国际贸易日渐频繁， 中国在全球的经济发展中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。国际商务合同 是对来自不同国家的合作方具有同等约束力的一种法律文件，既是中 外当事人用来开展业务也是他们用以维护各自权益的一种法律文件 与依据。毫无疑问，国际商务合同在当今的国际经济贸易中扮演着极 其重要的角色。因此，对商务合同的翻译要求也日益提高。继而引发 国内外译者、学者对国际商务合同翻译展开各种研究并已取得了一定 成果。然而，国际商务合同翻译仍然呼唤用更多的理论来指导，使与 之相关的翻译工作达到更加令人满意的地步。 在这种情况下，本文作者试图尝试将目的论作为理论基础找寻能 够指导国际商务合同汉译的策略和具体的翻译方法。 目的论认为翻译行为的目的决定翻译的方法。由此，翻译标准将 出现多元化，翻译策略的选择也极其灵活。在目的论中，“目的原则 是最重要的原则，它赋予了译者更大的自由，根据翻译纲要确定的翻 译目的来选择一个恰当的翻译策略用以指导其翻译实践的顺利进行。 此外，目的论倡导由上而下的反传统思维的翻译方法，在翻译过程中， 译者将先从宏观的翻译目的和文本分析入手，再进行到微观层面的字 词、句法和篇章的具体翻译。这一做法打破了传统的由下而上的翻译 理念，因而被视为是对传统翻译理论的一大突破，并具有积极而又有 效的现实指导作用。 本文除引言与结论外，由三章构成。引言部分主要涉及本文研究 的原因及意义。第一章全面介绍国际商务合同。此章中，对中英文商 务合同的文体特征做出的对比研究及对现阶段我国国际商务合同汉 译的难点及所存在的问题的总结，便于翻译工作者更专业更顺利地展 开其翻译工作。第二章介绍本文的框架理论一目的论。重点包括目的 论的翻译三原则、翻译标准及其对国际商务合同汉译的启示。第三章 是本文的核心章节。主要涉及目的论对国际商务合同汉译在不同层面 上翻译实践的指导，其中包括目的论下指导其汉译的翻译原则及策 略。此外，在本章末，作者呼吁译者重视国际商务合同中存在的模糊 语言现象，并尝试在目的论的指导下对其汉译进行初步研究。只有这 样，国际商务合同的汉译工作才会得到全方位的提高。最后，在结论 部分，作者对本文研究做出结论并对以后的深入研究提出建议。 通过将理论与合同文本实践较为全面地结合，本文通过研究得出 了结论，认为：应用目的论来指导国际商务合同的汉译是件行之有效 的工作，国际商务合同的汉译质量也将会因此而有所提高。 关键词：国际商务合同，目的论，翻译策略 a b s t r a c t w i t hi t so p e n i n gu pt ot h eo u t s i d ew o r l da n de n t r yi n t ow t o ，c h i n a h a s p l a y e d a n e v e r -
