以两组不同语言水平的中国大学英语专业学生为研究对象，考察他们如何实施道歉 言语行为及其在道歉策略中的语用迁移，并将他们与英语本族语者和汉语本族语者 进行比较。研究数据来源于四组研究对象对两类问卷调查的回答。一类问卷是包含 了八种道歉情景的语篇补全测试( d c t ) 问卷；另一类问卷调查涉及评价道歉中的 社会距离、社会权力、冒犯的严重程度及道歉的必要性。文章通过卡方检验探讨了 两组语言水平不同的中国英语学习者与操英语为本族语者及操汉语为本族语者在道 歉策略上体现出的语用差异。同时对社会语用因素，即：社会距离、社会权力、冒 犯的严重程度及道歉的必要性几方面对道歉策略选择的影响也通过斯皮尔曼相关系 数进行了检验。 结果表明，四组研究对象道歉策略的使用既有相同之处又有不同之处。相同之 处在于：“明晰的表达道歉( u s i n gi f i d s ) ”及“承担责任( t a k i n go nr e s p o n s i b i l i t y ) ”两 种策略的使用频率最高，“保证( p r o m i s i n gf o r b e a r a n c e ) ”的使用频率最低。不同之处 在于：其它几种策略，即解释( m a k i n ga ne x p l a n a t i o no ra c c o u n t ) 、补偿( o f f e r i n gr e p a i r ) 、 轻化冒犯程度( m i n i m i z i n gt h ed e g r e eo fo f f e n c e ) 及对听话者表示关心f e x p r e s s i n g c o n c e mf o rt h eh e a r e r ) ，更依赖于道歉情景。结果同样表明，中国英语学习者在道歉 言语行为中确实存在语用迁移。这些迁移并没有随着学习者语言水平的提高而消 i vad c t s u r v e yo f p r a g n z a t i ct r a n s f e ri na p o l o g ys t r a t e g i e sb yc h i n e s el e a r n e r so f e n g l i s h 失，而只是特定种类的语用迁移逐渐减少，即语言水平较高的学习者，语用语言迁 移逐渐减少，但社交语用迁移并没有随之消失。研究发现，不同的社会价值观念， 包括一系列的社会信仰、文化模式、社会规则和标准等，导致了这些迁移的产生： 中国重视人际关系的和睦、爱面子、讲究集体主义，因此中国人在很多情境下都表 现出对别人的关心并且尽可能的避免与他人发生正面冲突；而美国崇尚个人主义、 强调人与人的交际应该直言快语，所以美困人更多的使用解释策略而较少使用对听 话人表示关心的策略；另外，如何评价社会距离以及社会权力在很大程度上影响了 学习者对道歉策略的选择，因此在同一种情景中( 如师生关系、上下级关系) ，中 国人和美国人选用不同的策略进行道歉，从而产生了语用迁移。 本研究的结论对外语教学提供了有益的启示：教师在外语教学过程中应加强学
