摘 要
汽车制动系是用以强制行驶中的汽车减速或停车,使下坡形式的汽车的车速保持稳定以及使已停使的汽车在原地(包括在斜坡上)驻留不动的机构。随着高速公路的发展和车速的提高及车流密度的日益增大,为了保证行车安全,汽车制动系的工作可靠性显得日益重要,也只有制动性能良好,制动系工作可靠的汽车,才能充分发挥其动力性能。
本设计是轻型货车的制动系设计,经过查资料和参考以往的设计,采用液压为动力源的行车制动和以人力手动机械式的驻车车制动.行车制动采用鼓式制动器驻车制动采用附装在后轮上的。即行车制动和驻车制动同用一套制动蹄片和制动鼓。它的特点是可以减少制动系所占的空间,使其总体结构简化,并且在后轮行车制动失效时驻车车制动可以充当刹车,使其安全性能更高。

ABSTRACT
