减振器各零部件图纸技术要求中英文对照表一、技术要求 Technical RequirementNotes二、培霖衬套Guide bush(2430182302)1、塑料表面应光滑、颜色均匀、无明显的脱层、起泡、剥落、无铁屑。The surface of plastic should be smooth, color uniform, no appearance pull off, blister, peel and no scrap iron.2、倒角应均匀、无毛刺、端面应平齐。The chamfering should be uniform, free from burrs and even.3、 将衬套压入环规2500.021后,测试检查衬套内径应保证2200.021且接缝应接合,平齐,无涂层脱落。Press the bush into the ring gage of 2500.021,to inspect the OD of bush should be2200.021 , and the seam should be joint, even and no blister of coat.4、其余特性指标应符合DU轴承标准。Other characteristic should be accord with DU bearing standard.三、油封 oil seal (24303160001)(一)技术要求 Technical Requirement1、使用要求: Requirement:(1)运动型式:往复运动。Move type: to-and-fro(2)安装条件:Installationa.活塞杆:直径20; 材料:45。表面镀硬铬,硬度850HV以上;表面粗糙度不大于Ra0.1。Piston rod: diameter 20; Material: 45.Hard chrome plate, Hardness above 850HV, surface roughness not above Ra0.1.b.介质:减振器专用油。Medium: Shock absorber oil.2、使用寿命:装入减振器中,按QC/T545-1999的规定进行400万次台架试验不渗漏油。Durability: filled into shock absorber, no oil leakage after 4 million cycles durability test according to QC/T545-1999.(二.)油封材料要求:Material requirement1.橡胶:特殊NBR;硬度:855HS。 rubber: Special NBR; Hardness: 855HS. 2.骨架:SPCC。framework: SPCC.3.主唇口弹簧:SVS004。Main lip: SVS004.4.副唇口弹簧:SWC。framework spring: SWC.(三)其他要求:Other requirement1.耐寒性:-30无裂纹;Anti-cold: no crack under -30.2.表面光洁、去飞边。Surface: smooth, no splash.四、导向器 Guide(24303160002)1. 倒角处去毛刺; No burrs at chamfering place;2.未注尺寸公差以 GB1804-m级执行; Under mentioned tolerance should be according to GB1804-m;3.密度:不小于6.4g/cm Density: not less than 6.4g/cm4.表面硬度HB80130; Surface hardness HB80130;5.轴向压馈强度不小于10kN;The pressure strength of axle should not be less than 10kN;五、导向器总成 Guide Assy (24303161200)1、1800.021尺寸用塞规检验1800.021 inspect by plug gauge;2、件1压出力应大于2000N Press out force of part I should be larger than 2000N六、活塞杆 Piston rod (2437141001)1、倒棱,去毛刺。Chamfer, no burrs2、表面镀铬,铬层厚度为205m,镀层粗糙度均匀。Chrome plate on surface, single side thickness is 205um, chrome plate to be uniform, no damage, scratch, spots, etc. Chrome plate hardness above HV900.3、 镀铬段高频淬火,其深度0.81.2mm,硬度HRC4550。 High frequency quench on chrome plate section, depth 0.8-1.2mm, Hardness HRC45-50.4、 镀铬后在200下保温2小时(去氢),消去应力。Keep 2 hours under 200 to remove hydrogen after chrome plate and to remove stress.5、 未注公差的线性尺寸,按GB1804-m级执行,未注公差的角度,其偏差值为1。Unmentioned linearity dimension tolerance should be accord with GB/T 1804-m. Unmentioned angle tolerance is 1.6、 螺纹用滚压方法加工。七、复原阀总成 Rebound valve (2437143000)1 组装时应保持各零件清洁。Clean all the parts.2 按顺序装配。All the parts should be assembly in proper order.3 装好后铆开,扭力:21kgf/cm铆紧气压 0.40.42MPa。Rivet after assembly, twisting force is 21kgf/cm, rivet pressure force is 0.40.42MPa.八、限位套 Rod stopper (2530151102)1、零件应去除毛刺及飞边;Parts should be free from burrs and splash.2、冲裁面 ;Tup ;3、未注线性尺寸公差按GB/T1804- Unmentioned tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m.九、缓冲尼龙套 Rod nylon stopper (2530151103)1、零件表面应平整、光滑;Parts surface should be even and smooth;2、压溃强度在10KN以上。Pressure strength should be over 10KN. 十、活塞杆总成 Piston rod assy (SEJ00427)1 装配时不得碰伤活塞杆外表面及螺纹;While assembly, no scratch on piston rod and screw.2 焊接后,活塞杆不得有任何变形。No distortion on piston rod after welding.3 焊接区抗剪切负荷P10kN。Anti-cut load in welding area should beP10KN.十一、复原调整片 Adjust valve disc1、 厚度 T=0.50 mm;Thickness T=0.50 mm;2、 不得有毛刺、缺隙、凹凸点等缺陷;No defectives such as burrs, flaws and concavo & convex spots.3、 防锈处理;Anti-dust treatment;4、 平面度不大于0.013mm;Planness should be not large than 0.013mm;5、 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。 Unmentioned tolerance of linearity dimension should be accord with GB/T1804-m.十二、复原阀弹簧 Rebound spring1. 去毛刺。 Free from burrs.2. 两端圈并紧并磨平,弹簧轴心线与两端圈的垂直度为0.5mm。Fasten both sides and rubdown, uprightness of spring axle and both sides is 0.5mm.3. 卷绕后回火处理,立定处理。Temper treatment after convolution, halt treatment.4. 表面处理:HY。Surface treatment: HY.十三、复原阀弹簧座 Rebound valve spring base1. 去毛刺。Free from burrs.2. 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m.3.冲裁面 Tup十四、复原阀片 Rebound valve1、 厚度 T=0.15 mm; Thickness T=0.15 mm;2、 不得有毛刺、缺隙、凹凸点等缺陷; No burrs, gaps and spots.3、 防锈处理; Anti-rust4、 平面度不大于0.013mm; Planeness not large than 0.013mm4、 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m.十五、复原阀轴套 Rebound valve bush1.未注倒角均 0.245 Unmentioned chamfer should be 0.2452.去毛刺 No burrs3.防锈处理。Anti-rust十六、复原节流片 Throttle valve1、 厚度 T=0.15 mm; Thickness T=0.15 mm;2、 不得有毛刺、缺隙、凹凸点等缺陷; No burrs, gap, spots.3、 防锈处理; Anti-rust4、 平面度不大于0.013mm; Planeness less than 0.013mm;5、 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m.十七、活塞 Piston1. 未注公差尺寸按GB/1804-m级执行,未注公差角度尺寸2; Unmentioned dimension tolerance should be accord with GB/1804-m. Unmentioned angle dimension tolerance should be 2;2. 密度6.4min g/cm ; Density 6.4min g/cm;3. 表面蒸汽处理,硬度HB80min; Surface treatment: Steam, Hardness is HB80min;4. 与阀,阀片接触不得有碰伤,缺角等缺陷; No defectives such as damage, gap on valve and disc.5. P向压溃强度大于6000N; Strength of direction P should be above 6000N;6. 未注圆角R0.2,未注倒角0.2*45; Unmentioned round angle is R0.2, Unmentioned chamfer is 0.2*45;7. 倒棱去尖角。Chamfer十八、活塞总成 Piston assy1. 件1与件2相帖合必须有足够的抗拉和抗剪切的能力,给定纵向抗力5000N,不得有任何损伤现象。 Enough anti-pull and anti-cut resistance on part 1 and part 2. anti-pull resistance of portrait should be 5000N, no damage.2. 活塞在2N的力下能在3000.03的内油管内自由通过; Under the force of 2N, the piston should move smoothly in the inner tube of3000.03 .3. 部件2的周边不应有伤痕和毛刺,29.980.02与30 内油管贴合面染色颜料检查贴合面不少于80%。No scratch and burrs on part 2,29.980.02 & 30 the connecting section with inner tube should not be less than 80%.十九、连杆螺母 Rod nut1.去毛刺 No burrs2.防锈处理。Anti-rust二十、流通阀弹簧 circulate valve spring1. 有效圈数N=1.5;Valid cycles N =1.52. 总圈数N1=3;Total cycles N1=33. 压平后无并圈;No combined cycles after planish4. 卷绕后回火处理;Temper treatment after convolution5. 去毛刺;No burrs 6. 发兰。Flange二十一、流通阀片 circulate valve1、去毛刺;No burrs2、平面度:0.015毫米;Planeness: 0.015mm3、防锈处理。Anti-rust treatment二十二、压缩阀总成 compress valve assy1. 组装时应保持各零件清洁。Clean all the parts before assembly.2. 按图示要求装配后预紧9,扭力为10kgf/cm,拨动件7应能沿轴向运动,不能有卡死现象。Pre-load part 9 after assembly as per drawing, twisting force is 10kgf/cm, part 7 should move smoothly and no block.3. 测试合格后旋铆。Rivet after testing.二十三、工作缸总成 working cylinder assy1、 内壁不能有任何麻点、锈斑、凸点、划痕等点状或线状缺陷;No dots, rust、protruding point, scratch, etc.2、 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m.二十四、支架总成 bracket assy1. 焊接前零件应除油、除锈,清洁干净;Parts to be degrease, anti-rust and clean.2. 焊接抗剪切强度不小于20KN;Anti-cut welding strength not less than 20KN;3. 此图为左支架总成的孔必须在内外支架焊接后再进行冲孔,如图所示;The hole of left bracket assy. should be punched after welding, refer to the drawing;4. 此图为左支架,右支架总成相对于Y-Y对称;This is left bracket, the right bracket is symmetry Y-Y ;5. 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance of linearity dimension should be accord with GB/T1804-m.二十五、外架 outer bracket1.去锐边毛刺。No burrs2.不能出现皱折、裂纹等缺陷。No crack, fold.3.未注冲压尺寸偏差按QC/T268-1999的规定。Unmentioned tolerance of linearity dimension should be accord with QC/T268-19994. 此图为左支架,右支架相对于Y-Y对称;This is left bracket, the right one is symmetry to Y-Y二十六、内支架 inner bracket1.去锐边毛刺。No burrs.2.不能出现皱折、裂纹等缺陷。No fold, crack.3.未注冲压尺寸偏差按QC/T268-1999的规定。Unmentioned tolerance : according to QC/T268-1999二十七、贮油筒总成 outer tube assy1.去焊渣,飞溅物。No welding slag, splash.2.拉杆支架焊接强度为不小于15kN,其余焊点的焊接强度不小于30kN。The welding strength of level bracket is not less than 15kN, other welding points should be not less than 30kN.3.贮油管总成用0.5MPa的压缩空气作气密试验,不允许有泄露。Test air tightness of outer tube assy. by pressure of 0.5MPa, no leakage.4.图示为左贮油筒总成,右贮油筒总成相对于Y-Y对成。This drawing is for left outer tube assy. The right one is symmetry to Y-Y .二十八、下架碗 lower cap1.去毛刺。Free from burrs2.冲裁面 Section3.未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance of linearity dimension should be accord with GB/T1804-m二十九、贮油筒 outer tube1. 去毛刺;Free from burrs2. 外表面不得有明显的凹痕、凸点等影响外观之缺陷存在;No obvious defectives, such as dent, concave spots and crack3. 延伸率15。Elongation rate 15三十、弹簧盘 spring seat1、冲截面 ;Section 2、去除尖角毛刺;No burrs 3、未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned tolerance of linearity dimension should be accord with GB/T1804-m三十一、工作缸 working cylinder1、 去尖角毛刺;No burrs2、 内壁不能有任何麻点、锈斑、凸点、划痕等点状或线状缺陷;No any punctuate or liner defectives, such as spots, rust3、 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。Unmentioned linearity dimension tolerance should be accord with GB/T1804-m三十二、补偿弹簧 compensate spring1. 去尖角、毛刺。Remove acuti-angle and burrs2. 卷绕后去应力退火处理。Stress relieving annealing treatment after convolution3. 压平后,圈与圈不可相互干涉。No intervention among the rings after planish4. 表面氧化处理。Surface treatment : oxygenation三十三、补偿弹簧座 compensate spring seat1. 去毛刺。No burrs2. 防锈处理。Anti-rust treatment三十四、流通阀片 circulate valve disc1.去毛刺 No burrs 2.平面度:0.015毫米 planeness: 0.015mm3.防锈处理 Anti-rust treatment4.其余按 GB3530-83执行。Rest be accord with GB3530-83三十五、压缩调整片 compressed adjust disc1. t0.20.01mm。t=0.20.01mm2.平面度公差值0.02mm。Planeness tolerance: 0.02mm3. 硬度HV56040。Hardness HV=56040.4. 防锈处理。Anti-rust treatment5. 不能有毛刺及缺隙、凹痕等到缺陷。No defectives such as burrs, gap, and dent.6. 冲面 。Tup三十六、压缩阀片 compression valve1.去毛刺。No burrs2.硬度 58025 HV。Hardness 58025HV3.表面氧化处理。Surface treatment : oxygenation4.平面度 0.013mm。Planeness : 0.013mm5.不得有缺隙。No gap三十七、压缩阀芯 compression valve bore1. 去毛刺。No burrs2. 未注倒角0.245.Unmentioned chamfer 0.245d3. 防锈处理。Anti-rust treatment三十八、压缩阀座 compression seat1. 振动研磨去毛刺。No burrs2. 硬度30HRB, 密度6.4g/cm 。hardness30HRB, density 6.4g/cm3. D平面不得有任何损伤现象。No damage on D section.4. 后处理:上防锈油。Treatment: antirust oil5. 未注公差的线性尺寸的公差按GB/T1804-m执行。
