PurposeThis procedure is to provide an available plan and ensure a smooth installation for boiler plate beam installation.2. Basis2.1 Drawings and documents from SHANDONG YANGGUANG2.2 Drawings and document form JINAN Boiler Group Co.ltd.2.3 Field Inspection and Test Plan issued by client.3Content and work quantity3.1本工程锅炉钢架由山东济南锅炉厂设计制造,采用与厂房分离的独立式布置,钢架构架宽17800.0 深 23150.0 高 41200.0 从炉前到炉后共布置4条轴线,炉左向炉右布置4条轴线。3.2锅炉钢结构到顶并与辅柱,横梁,次梁连接形成框架结构,钢结构整体找正验收合格,高强螺栓紧固完毕,方可进行大板梁的吊装。3.1 The boiler structure is manufactured by JINAN Boiler co.Ltd, it is individual from main house. The width of boiler structure is 17800mm, depth 23150mm, height 41200mm. There are four axis from boiler front to boiler rear, and from boiler left to boiler right respectively. 3.2 The top end of boiler steel structure form a frame with assistant column, horizontal beam and lateral support. The length of main beam is 54.9m, working radius 1216m. The erection radius is dependent on the weight of plate beam.5.2吊装钢丝绳的选用:The application of slings:根据大板梁的规格,尺寸重量,安装高度,吊点位置,确定钢丝绳的直径,钢丝绳的长度。 大板梁64606-2-1- 0,选用28钢丝绳,长度15。4个大板梁使用同一对钢丝绳吊装。5.3吊点选择及绑扎方法: Confirm the diameter and length of sling in accordance with specification, size, weight, height, and location of plate beam. Apply 15m of 28cm sling to erect plate beam(DWG No 64606-2-1-0). The four plate beam will be erected with the same sling.选择吊点要根据大板梁的重量,重心,外形尺寸,及空间的安装位置,进行吊点选择,大板梁的吊点选择,首先找出大板梁的中心点,左右两侧1.52.5即大板梁吊点。捆绑方法,一对钢丝绳两头打空圈兜吊,或者使用U型卡环捆绑,两点起吊均可,不管采用何种捆绑方法,都必须保证设备不变形。绑绳处有棱角,要用软物或半圆管垫好。 Choose a erecting point in accordance with the weight, center of gravity, shape, size and installation location. Firstly find out the center of plate beam, 1.52.5 from the two ends is the erecting point of plate beam. Fastening method: a pair of sling fixed with U clamp and erect material simultaneously at two ends. No matter what kind of method is applied, it must guarantee that there is no distortion of the plate beam. If there is any edges and corners at the fastened location, use some soft material or semi-circular pipe to underlay. 5.4 依次吊装提前预放在钢架内的64606-2-1-0,64606-2-2-0,大板梁。首先将大板梁吊起离地面大约200,停止起吊,然后快速落钩紧急停止,观看制动刹车是否灵活有效。并在离地面200之处停留35分钟,确认没问题后开始起吊。起吊时应在大板梁两端绑一麻绳作为遛绳,防止大板梁在起吊过程中,碰撞立柱或横梁。大板梁就位后应检查大板梁的中心线,水平标高,检测合格后方可落钩。按同一步骤,方法,吊装-2大板梁。Erect plate beam (DWG No.64606-2-1-0 & 64606-2-2-0) which is loaded under boiler steel structure respectively. Firstly lift up plate beam for 200cm, hold on, then low down the hook and stop to see the brake is agility or not. Hold on for 3-5 mins at 200cm up of ground, and start to erect after confirmation. Tie control rope at each end of plate beam so as to avoid hitting column of horizontal beam during erection. Examine the center line and elevation of plate beam, and loose the hook after all parameters are qualified. Then erect the other plate beam with the same method.5.5在BM-2大板梁就位后,须将BM-1和BM-2大板梁之间连接横梁吊装完毕后,再吊装64606-2-3-0大板梁。连接BM-2BM-3之间横梁,依次顺序吊装至BM-4。After the positioning of BM-2 plate beam, connect all the horizontal beams between BM-1 & BM-2. Then erect plate beam of 64606-2-3-0.
