研究对象包括一名获得省教学大赛 一等奖的优秀教师和她教授的学生 研究方法使用观看录像和访谈等形式观察成 功教师反馈语的使用情况 此外 为了便于开展访谈 研究者还利用随堂听课详 细了解研究对象 该教师和她的2 3 名学生接受了访谈 课堂录像和和访谈过程 全部被转写成文字语料 通过定性分析和必要的数据统计 有如下主要发现 一 通过分析和标注教师话语 教师反馈语共有1 2 6 个 按其区别性特征 教师反馈语分为简单认可 扩展 重复 提示 诱出回答和明示纠错等六种类型 所有类型中 简单认可使用的频率最高 说明简单认可虽然内容空洞 但是这类 反馈语是教师与学生交流最常见的课堂用语 使用的频率最低是明示纠错 说明 教师一般不以此作为促进课堂互动的策略 二 访谈结果表明 1 即便是负面反馈 多数受访学生均乐于接受教师反 馈 2 低水平学生易于接受简单认可 而高水平学习者则认为简单认可不能增 强自己的成就感 这或多或少解释了上面提到教师使用的简单认可仅仅是鼓励学 生的一个策略而已 3 重复反馈语和提示性反馈最易被学生接受 且前者更受 低水平学生欢迎 这说明重复反馈语对学习者而言是一种有效的反馈方式 4 总体而言 学习者对待明示纠错都存在不同程度的焦虑 这也许与中国文化中的 面子问题有关 三 结合录像观察和访谈问题 教师使用频次从多到少的顺序依次是 简单 认可 扩展 重复和提示
