影响郑州市高职院校网球运动发展的主要因素分析摘 要 网球运动以其固有的魅力和价值在我国盛行，并在高校中推广和普及，受到现代大学生们的喜欢，网球课程也逐渐成为高校体育教学中新的教学热点、成为体育教学和课外体育锻炼的重要内容。近年来，网球运动在郑州市各本科院校迅速发展，但是在郑州市高职院校网球运动的发展受到某些主观和客观上的因素，阻碍了郑州市高职院校网球运动的发展，使得网球运动在高职院校的开展并不顺利，找出制约郑州市高职院校网球运动开展的因素、解决这些问题，对推动郑州市高职院校网球运动的开展具有重要的现实意义。 本论文把影响郑州市高职院校网球运动发展现状作为研究对象，全面了解其开展情况 ，文献资料法、访谈调查法、调查问卷法、数据统计法和系统分析法等科学研究方法，对随机选取的9所郑州市高职院校网球开展现状进行深入的调查，从而真实的掌握郑州市高职院校网球运动开展现状的第一手资料，找出影响郑州市高职院校网球运动发展的因素，提出合理的建议，为郑州市高职院校甚至郑州市各高校网球运动发展提供参考依据。 研究结论： 1、高职院校的教学体制在一定程度上制约网球运动在高职院校的发展。 2、郑州市高职院校开设网球课程时间较短，课程开设情况较差。 3、场地设施是影响网球运动在郑州市高职院校发展的一个重要因素，郑州市高职院校网球场地严重缺乏，至今还有一部分没有网球场地，有网球场地的学校，数量也远远满足不了学生们的需求。 4、郑州市高职院校网球教师师资队伍参差不齐，存在严重缺陷，综合素质不够高，有相当一部分教师的专项技术是通过自己学习，基础动作不扎实，并且从事网球教学的时间较短，缺少高水平的专业教师，缺少教学经验。 5、网球运动消费较高，学院场地均是有偿开放，在很大程度上制约了学生们参加网球运动。 6、郑州市高职院校网球俱乐部发展不成熟，网球竞赛活动少，没能达到推广网球运动的效果，限制高职院校网球人口的增长。 7、郑州市高职院校领导重视程度不够，也是影响网球运动在高职院校发展的因素之一。 8、网球运动以自身独特的魅力吸引着学生，学生参与网球运动的积极性很高，有一定的网球群众基础。提出建议： 1、调整教学体制，尽快开设网球课程。 2、增加网球课程的课时数。 3、加大对网球运动的资金投入，加强网球场地的建设，提高场馆设施的利用率。 4、引进高水平、高学历的网球教师，提高师资力量。 5、完善学校网球社团体制，积极与其他高校交流，完善竞赛制度，为高校网球运动普及莫定基础。 6、加大对校园网球的宣传力度，进一步达到普及网球运动的目的。 关键词：影响 郑州市 高职 网球运动 发展因素The Factor Analysis of the Tennis Development of Zhengzhou Vocational CollegesAbstractTennis with its inherent charm and values prevalent in China, and in colleges to promote and popularize by the likes of modern college students, tennis courses has become a college physical education teaching hot spots, a physical education and extracurricular physical exercise important content. In recent years, the tennis development very quickly in the universities, but in vocational college of Zhengzhou, some subjective and objective factors obstruct the tennis is not smooth in vocational college of Zhengzhou and this also make the tennis in vocational colleges is not smooth. So find out the restriction factors of vocational college of Zhengzhou, and to solve these problems will carry out the important practical significance to promote the tennis in vocational college of Zhengzhou.The impacts of tennis development in vocational colleges in Zhengzhou have been studied in this paper. The comprehensive understanding of the scientific method of to carry out their situation, literature, interviews, survey, the questionnaire method, statistical method and system analysis method for random selected nine Zhengzhou vocational college tennis current situation in-depth investigation to the real grasp in the status quo first-hand information to identify the factors of tennis development in Zhengzhou vocational colleges. This paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the tennis development in vocational college, even the universities to provide the reference.Conclusion:1.Vocational colleges teaching system to a certain extent, restricted the development of tennis in the vocational colleges.2.
