SAMSONITE GLOBAL TEST REQUIREMENT HOW TO SEND THE SAMPLES TO SAMSONITE LABLATEST REVISION: 14-Jan -09 ORIGINAL DATE: 07-APR-071. PURPOSEProvide suppliers a guide line on how to send the test sample to Samsonite She Kou Lab. 2. Please mount the part onto the leather in order to do the oxidation efficiently. 如果金属件（包括拉头和拉片）用在皮革产品上，就需要做氧化测试！B. Zipper tape samples must be assembled with Slider/puller.拉链的话要装好拉头才能做测试！C. For the Body Fabric, Vinyl, any textile article (used for outside part of the product, such as the fabric, leather, etc.) You need to prepare another sample whose size is 0.5 X 0.5 m to Belgium for Flex and UV test. 对于那些面料，纺织品（用在外部的，如面料/皮革等）要另外准备一块0.5*0.5米的面料去做UV测试D. Aside from the above mentioned tests, additional tests can be added depending on the specific characteristics of any material provided for testing ( such PU vinyl , delicate or very fine confection fabrics, etc. ). New tests such as Martindale, Multi-tester, etc. can or will be added if deemed necessary . 2.1.2 Finished goods2.1.2.1. For new project 对于新产品 If the structure of sae series is the same and only difference is collection size, you need send biggest one, middle ones and smallest one to Samsonite lab(QTY as below)如果一个系列，结构都一样，只是尺寸不一样，那就要最小的，最大的，中间的送去新秀丽测试中心！ Smallest size 1pc(if pass,2 more pcs needed) 最小的 一个，如果测试过了再要两个 Middle size(between smallest and biggest size) 1pc for each size 中号，最小和最大之间 每个尺寸一个 Biggest size 1pcs(if pass,2 more pcs needed) 最大的 一个，如果测试过了再要两个 If same collection(same series) have different structure, for each structure, you need send 3pcs to Samsonite lab 如果一个系列，结构不一样，每个结构都有寄三个到测试中心 2.1.2.2 For random testing 对任意测试 1 pc for each size 每个尺寸一个！ 2.2, How to identify the test samples 2.2.1. Raw material:2.2.1.1 You must stick an identified label(raw material description/raw material supplier name/Project Number) on each components,对于要测试的要挂标签（原料描述/原料供应商/项目号） it is also acceptable if you can put only 1 item together with the Test Request Form (Only one item in one Test Request Form) into one polybag如果你每个包都单独放一张测试申请也是可以接受的！ 2.2.1.2. You must attach a list of raw material on each box which must include all of test samples which you sent.你每个盒子上必须做一个原材料清单，包括所有你要测试的样包！ 2.2.2 Finished goods: Each test sample must be hanged a hangtag on the top handle or strap, the hangtag must include collection reference(Project number , Name & size), supplier name and the date which you send.每个测试样包上要挂一个吊牌注明产品号，尺寸，款号，工厂名字，送去的日期！ 2.3, How to fill Test Request Form 怎样填测试表格！ 2.3.1 You must fill any blank with detailed description on Test Request Form测试申请表上要填明细！ 2.3.2 If the test samples are improved ones(re-test samples),you must fill the detailed improvement action plan on the Test Request Form, at the same time you must attach the test report of last time together with Test Request Form如果是重测的，要再申请表上写明采取的改进措施，同事要附上上次的测试结果！ 2.3.3 For the hardside products, you must remark what material is made from(ABS,PC or others)对于硬的产品，要写明原料（ABS/PC 或其他的） 2.4,Where you should attach the Test Request Form You must attach the Test Request Form in the front panel or in the top of the box or put it into the polybag together with the test specimen. 测试申请要放在前片或盒子的顶部，或者放入一个透明袋和测试料放一起！ 2.5, Where you should send the test samples for testing 2.5.1. For Leather: You need to send Belgium or Italy 2.5.2. For other material and FG, you can send test samples Samsonite She Kou Lab, attend to the Coordinator, Coordinators have to check the information in the Test Request Form and samples before passing the sample to lab, you can contact Lab Manager if any question.2.5.3. If there is special requirement from Samsonite , then send the samples as per the relevant instruction. 2.6, When you should send the test samples to Samsonite lab.
