容量Capacity在6.1的条件下存放4小时,充电:以750mA恒流充电至4.20V,然后4.20V恒压充电至电流小于20mA时终止,搁置5分钟;放电:以750mA恒流放电至3.0V的容量(可重复5次,有一次合格即可终止)。In a Condition of 6.1, Charge: charge the battery to 4.2V with Current of 750mA, then to 20mA with Constant Voltage of 4.2V ,rest for 5 min.Discharge: discharge the battery to 3.0V with Current of 750mA ( repeat the processing 5 times, It can be ended if capacity is up to grade one time).6.3.2 内阻Internal resistance使用内阻仪测量,电池处于40%-60%荷电态。Measured With internal impedance equipment at with 40%60% charging of the battery.6.3.3 电压Voltage使用万用表直流电压档20V量程测量或电压表5V量程。Measured With 20V rangeability of the multimeter or 5V rangeability of the voltage meter.6.3.4 电流Current使用万用表直流电流档15A量程串联测量。Measured With DC 15A rangeability of the multimeter in series.6.3.5 温度Temperature使用带耐高温引线数字温度仪测量Measured With digital temperature meter by the high temperature resistance down-lead.6.3.6 尺寸Size长度使用数显卡尺测量,厚度使用数显千分尺测量Measured length With digital calipers,t Measured is finished6.3.10 温度特性Temperature Characteristic按6.3.1的要求充电,然后将电池转到4.2.1或4.2.2或4.2.3相应温度的环境中,搁置4小时,然后在相应环境中以0.2C电流放电至2.75V,放电时间应符合4.2中相应温度的要求。Charge according to 6.3.1, store the battery 4h under appointed temperature ,and discharge the battery to 2.75V with the current of 0.2C to 2.75V6.3.11 荷电保持能力Capacity retention在6.1的条件下,电池充电后贮存28天,然后以0.2C放电至2.75V,放电时间应符合4.3的要求。According to 6.1 and 6.3.1, charge the battery, and store the battery on open circuit for 28 days, then discharge the battery with 0.2CA to 2.75V.6.3.12 荷电恢复能力Capacity recovery after storage在6.1的条件下,按6.3.1的方法测一次容量,电池在放电态下,在402条件下开路存放90天。贮存结束后,再按6.3.1的方法检测一次容量,符合4.4的要求。According to 6.1 and 6.3.1 ,test the capacity of the battery,after the battery have be discharge, store it, in open circuit, in ambient temperature of 402 for 90 days,then according to 6.1 and 6.3.1 ,test the capacity of the battery.6.3.13 机械碰撞Shock Test电池采用刚性固定的方法,在两个相互垂直的方向上承受两次等值的冲击。每次冲击应在电池表面垂直的方向上按下述方法进行:在最初的3ms内,最小平均加速度为75gn(gn为当地的重力加速度),峰值加速度应在125gn和175gn之间,波形为半正弦波。The battery is to be secured to the testing machine by means of a rigid mount .Each battery shall be subjected to a total of two shocks of equal magnitude. The shocks are to be applied in each of mutually perpendicular directions. Each shock is to be applied in a direction perpendicular to the face of the battery. For each shock the battery is to be accelerated in such a manner that, during the initial 3ms, the minimum average acceleration is 75 gn (where gn is the local acceleration due to gravity).The peak acceleration shall be between 125 gn and 175 gn .The waveform should be half-sine6.3.14 机械振动Vibration Test将电池固定在振动装置上,对电池施加振幅0.8mm(双振幅1.6mm),频率变化1Hz/min,频率范围10Hz-55Hz的简谐波,振动持续时间90min-100min,电池分别承受相互垂直的两个方向的振动。The battery shall be subjected to a simple harmonic motion with an amplitude of 0.8 mm 1.6 mm total maximum excursion. The frequency is to be varied at the rate at the rate of 1 Hz per minute between 10 and 55 Hz. The battery shall be tested in two mutually perpendicular directions.6.3.15 高温贮存High temperature storage test电池放于752烘箱中,搁置48h。The battery shall be exposed to a temperature of 752 for 48 h in an oven6.3.16 温度循环Temperature Cycling test将电池放在专用烘箱中,在30分钟内将温度升至703,并恒温4h,在30分钟内降温至203,恒温2h,在30分钟内降温至-403,恒温4h,在30分钟内升温至203,重复以上过程9次,在第10次循环后贮存7天。Raising the chamber-temperature to 703 within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 4 hoursReducing the chamber temperature to 203 within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 2 hours.Reducing the chamber temperature to日-403 within 30 minutes and maintaining this temperature for 4 hoursRaising the chamber temperature to 203 within 30 minutesRepeating the sequence for a further 9 cyclesAfter the 10th cycle, storing the battery for 7 days prior to examination6.3.17 高空模拟Altitude Simulation将电池在203,大气压力11.6KPa的条件下放置6hSamples are to be stored for 6 hours at an absolute pressure of 11.6kPa and a temperature of 2036.3.18 短路Short -circuits test电池应在外电路总电阻小于100m的条件下,分别在252和602的环境温度下进行短路试验,当电池电压低于0.1V或电路不进一步放电,同时电池壳温度恢复至初始环境温度的10范围内,结束试验。The battery shall be subjected to a short-circuit condition with a total external resistance of less than 100m.Two separate tests shall be conducted, one in an ambient temperature of 252 and one in an ambient temperature of 602.The test shall be continued until the battery voltage falls below 0.1 V ,and the battery case temperature has returned to a value within 10 of the original ambient temperature.6.3.19 过放Forced-Discharge test将电池与不低于10V的电源串联,以0.2CA的电流恒流放电。试验持续12.5h。即使电池电压达到0V后,试验应继续进行。The battery shall be subjected to a discharge at a constant current of 0.2C by connecting it , in series, to a power supply not less than 10V. The duration of the test shall be 12.5h.This test shall be continued even after the battery reaches 0V.6.3.20 过充Overcharge test首先将电池以0.2C放电至规定的终止电压,连接正负极于一恒流恒压电源,调节电流至3C,电压为4.5V,充电时间为tc=48小时。The battery shall be discharged at a constant current of 0.2C to cut-off voltage and shall be recharged with 3C,by connecting it to a power supply of equal to 4.5V. the test time tc should be 48 hours. 6.3.21 跌落Free fall test将电池充满电的电池从1.0m的高度上跌落到放置在水泥地面上5cm厚的硬木板上,每个电池跌落6次。Each battery shall be dropped 6 times from 1.0 m onto a hard wood floor with 5cm height. 6.3.22 挤压Crush test将充满电池的电池放置在两硬木(厚度至少为12.7mm)之间进行挤压。逐渐增大压力至13KN,然后减小压力直至脱开,挤压时电池的长轴方向应与挤压板保持平行。还应在长轴与挤压板垂直方向进行试验。每只电池只允许在一个方向上进行一次挤压试验,每次试验采用不同的电池。The battery of fully charged shall be crushed between two flat hardwood blocks with a thickness of at least 12.7 mm using a crushing apparatus capable of applying a force of 13kN. The force is gradually decreased until escape form the hardwood. The battery shall be crushed with its longitudinal axis parallel or vertical to the flat surfaces of the crushing apparatus. Each battery shall be subjected to a crushing force in only one direction. Different battery shall be used for each test.6.3.23 高温搁置Thermal exposure test电池应放置于加热箱中,加热箱应以(52)/min的速率升温至1302,并恒温15min。The battery shall be placed in an oven. The oven temperature shall be increased at a rate of 52 per minute until the oven reaches 1302.The oven shall be maintained at 1302 for 15 min7 包装Packing 附图1 包装示意图Packing figure8 贮存8.1 电池若长期储存,要保持在50放电态。Battery should be in 50% charge if it is stored for a long time.8.2 电池应保存在低温干燥的环境中。Battery should be stored under low temperature and dry environment.8.3 电池储存时要远离热源,也不能置于阳光直射的地方。Battery should be stored away from the heat source and place where sunlight focus on.8.4 电池储存时,应每三个月对电池电压进行一次检查,如果电压低于3.5V,应对电池补充电到3.9V。Check the battery every 3 months when it is stored, and charge the battery to 3.9V if the voltage is below 3.5V.9 注意事项Important Notice9.1 请勿直接串联使用。Cant use directly in series connection of many batteries.9.2 仅在指定的设备上使用电池。Only used on specified instrument.9.3 不要把电池同干电池或其他原电池一起使用,也不要同不同包装、不同型号或不同品牌的电池一起使用。Do not use the together with different kind of or different type of battery.9.4 不要把电池投入水中,也不要弄湿。Do not drop the battery into water, and do not make the battery wet.9.5 不要用金属短路电池的正负极。Do not short circuit the battery by metal conductor.9.6 在装入设备时注意电池的正负极不要反装。Be sure not to use the battery by reverse anode/cathode.9.7 不要对电池进行分解。Do not disassemble the battery.9.8 不要使用带有严重伤痕或变形的电池。Do not use bad scar battery.9.9 在使用之前请详细阅读操作说明书,不适当的操作可能引起的电池变热、着火、爆炸、毁坏或电池容量的衰减。Please read the operation guidebook carefully before using the battery, because the inappropriate operation may cause overheat, catching fire , explosion or making capacity decrease.9.10 如果电解液渗透到你的皮肤或衣服上,立刻用清水清洗。Wash yourself quickly when electrolyte infiltrating to your skin or clothes9.11 如果电解液渗出并进入你的眼睛里,不要揉擦你的眼睛,立刻用干净的水清洗并去医院检查。Wash your eyes by clean water quickly and go to hospital for further check, if the electrolyte infiltrate to your eyes.9.12 电池寿命终止后要立即从设备中取出。Take out the battery when its life time is over.9.13 当长期不用时,要将电池从设备中取出,在常温条件下保存,并定期充放电。Take out the battery and keep it under low temperature and low humidity when the battery is not used for a long time.9.14 如果电池的接线端变脏,在使用之前用干布擦净。Clean the battery with dry cloth before use if the connection of the bat
