What did you do there?学生初步了解一般过去时的疑问句。同时提醒学生景点名称首字母要大写，另外学生容易遗漏专有名词前面的定冠词the，教师可建议学生将定冠词the作为这些专有名词的一部分，Tiananmen Square除外。National Day holiday学生可能发不准音，教师可通过领读、跟读、抽读等方式加强训练。学生可能回答Q1时直接说去了哪个景点，教师可继续引导提问Which city did Liu Tao go? What did he do there?小组内提问，一个同学汇报组内的问题。教师在黑板上写下学生的问题，鼓励学生多提问，提示一般过去时问句中使用助动词：did。朗读过程中注意以下几个单词的发音：went, picked, caught, because, ate。小组朗读可选择自己喜欢的方式。教师应随时关注学生对于一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的语音语调是否正确。这部分是检查学生对Story time的掌握情况，可以让学生4人小组讨论交流。可选择故事中的一个片段进行表演。作业设计1.
